[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was thrilled to receive the tv and it did not disappoint.Upgrading from a HDTV (1080p) the vivid , Crystal clear picture quality immediately proves it was the right decision. The sound is great too and clear at both lower and high volume. The interface is bit overwhelming if you are used to streaming devices. But you can skip the getting used to part and enjoy the first few days by using dedicated buttons for Netflix and prime. Though once you start using all the features you will appreciate the technology inside as much as its regular features. Also some good free content and channels with Samsung Plus is a great add. Another small but key feature is that the feet don't have to be screwed in but can be easily inserted and clicked into place so no need to tilt the tv too long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old Samsung TV died right when Covid shut down began so needed a new TV. Remote control response is slow and blacks flutter on screen occasionally. Game mode works well with the Xbox one. Overall good quality picture.

its the only tv that allowed me to watch hbo max, so... thats what i took under consideration when i had to buy a new tv. however, the tv operating system is slow. it's laggy! i'm used to a faster operation speed. i have other tv brands at home: vizio (which sucks but opens any app faster than this samsung) and an lg which i adore. other than that... the tv is pretty good. based on this... i think it is overprized.

Love the free samsung TV we get lots of stuff to watch free. Love the dim feature it has the picture dims according to the light in the room so when we fall asleep in front of the tv it dims so it won't hurt our eyes. And so many more features just love this TV

It has many helpful and interesting features like Samsung TV channels and self-service. What amazed me when first setting up this TV was how easy it was to get help. I had some troubleshooting in the beginning but I placed a report on the help inquiry portal and within less than a minute I got a call from a helpful and reliable person. Overall, my first impressions are great and I recommend it to other people who are looking for a smart TV that has everything you could need.

Both TVs had great quality and pictures for the first few weeks, then quality quickly dropped. Screen would flicker, image would bleed. The last draw was when the screen turned maroon for 10 minutes.

I was seriously disappointed with the remote that was included with my purchase. I wanted a sleek style samsung remote that I am familiar with but instead my 43" came with a basic remote with rubber buttons. Which remote I have is not of great importance because I use a roku remote/streaming stick as my primary remote anyway. It was easy to set up and I installed a TV stand immediately after my purchase to make my device sit stable on my entertainment center for peace of mind around my small child. I also own a samsung galaxy zflip 4 and plan on purchasing more Samsung products in the future.
