[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a higher quality SamsungTV in our living room and loved the smart features. We wanted a tv like it for the bedroom. Our eyes need bigger text. We bought this 65” to replace the tv in the living room , allowing us to move the 55” to our bedroom. We are very happy with the results.

cutting to the chase - good picture, bad user interface. samsung forces their app "samsung tv plus" on you and won't let you move it or remove it. it starts up with the tv every time. the navigation (ui) is clunky at best and lags. very tough to tell where you are on the screen. likely will return for a tv with roku or more thoughtful and easier to use, user interface. once you get where you're going it's fine, but getting there is far too difficult.

I figured it would fail to meet some of my expectations but it turned out to all work perfectly. No more need for an external AppleTV unit and everything works right away, all the time (DirecTV, Netflix, YouTube, Prime, device-projection, etc).

It has wonderful picture and navigating the apps and features is nice and easy. Only downside is the volume is a little weak by itself, but since I have Samsung surround sound equipment I can connect to it via Wi-Fi and really rock out. Great product. Great price. Best bang for buck!

I also have my Alexis integrated to enable streaming and showing music which I'm listening to. I've measured for my soon to be addition of the newest Samsung 65" or 70" TV. THE 65" IS MY CHOICE CAN'T WAIT. I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY TO HAVE CHOSEN MY TV.

With some simple calibration instructions through my Xbox, my TV was looking great and running smoothly. The picture and colors are great. I actually purchased this TV because my LG that I had for a little over a year would no longer turn on, so I had to return to Samsung which has always delivered me great experiences.

first, for the price, the screen, image quality & sound is great. i was disappointed that it does not have voice control on the remote.it does not work with a firestick. i replaced an older samsung7 tv, and this felt like a downgrade. the remote is clunky, and the buttons are super "rubbery" and temperamental. it feels like a remote from the 1990s. the biggest issue is with the software. i don't like that the tv automatically turns on to a "smarttv" station that runs on the screen. it will run whatever last smart tv station was on. this is extremely annoying! i have had problems with various apps.

this is our 5th samsung tv and happy with this one to! we did have to do a youtube search on why we couldn't get our internet to stay connected so just did the factory reset and working like a charm. will have to buy a sound bar as the location we have this one the sound is not as good as what we would like it to be.

this television has a decent picture for the money but there is a known issue with the remote. after about 10-12 days the remote stops working as a universal remote and cannot be updated or fixed. the remote stops working with the cable box. you are then forced to use 2 remotes to operate the television. samsung is unable to remedy this issue. very unfortunate.
