[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd top loader from Samsung and I'm absolutely in love with it. We got the larger capacity (5.5 ft) without an agitator to be able to handle larger loads like our king size duvet. It's convenient because it connects with the Samsung smart things app. It has customizable cycles with the amount of options so available. Everything washes efficiently and does it in a very quick manner for most cycles.

Unlike other HE washers we've had, there has really never been any smells coming out of it. It does have a really good self clean cycle and because of the integration to my phone we remember when to run it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my washer and dryer! They connect very easily with my smart things app. The dryer is so smart that it senses if the time I had put is enough and if its too much it automatically lowers the time to save on energy.

My only problem is it's so deep which I love. I have to get onto tippy toes or us little stepstool to get to the bottom of the washer, but I'm not complaining. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the longer agitator. The black color shows water spots badly and I'm not sure how to clean them off. Love the large capacity of the washer. I have to stand on a stool to reach the bottom but it makes for a funny picture if someone happens to see me😂 but that doesn't bother me. Love the washer especially the Deep Fill feature. Gave it 4 stars due to the water spoting issue. I like things to look nice, even in the laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] our washing machine was a great washing machine until it wasn't a great washing machine. faithfully for about a full year it worked like a dream. then everything went to crap. we replaced the the bearings, the arms, and a few other things and everything we tried did not fix the washers struggle to spin out clothing dry. the machine constantly shook violently on the spin cycle. it was a sad day when we decided to call it a loss.

It was a great decision, it washes very well ,no complaints about this unit, we've had it since November 2025 and we love it. We love all the smart features aswell.
