[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the longer agitator. The black color shows water spots badly and I'm not sure how to clean them off. Love the large capacity of the washer. I have to stand on a stool to reach the bottom but it makes for a funny picture if someone happens to see me😂 but that doesn't bother me. Love the washer especially the Deep Fill feature. Gave it 4 stars due to the water spoting issue. I like things to look nice, even in the laundry room.

Readjusting is a pain. I wish a physical manual was given to me. It's only available online. It works with smart things app witch is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] our washing machine was a great washing machine until it wasn't a great washing machine. faithfully for about a full year it worked like a dream. then everything went to crap. we replaced the the bearings, the arms, and a few other things and everything we tried did not fix the washers struggle to spin out clothing dry. the machine constantly shook violently on the spin cycle. it was a sad day when we decided to call it a loss.

This one has an agitator, our previous one did not. The agitator does not affect capacity. I wash everything in this washer, huge comforters, rugs curtains. Everything comes out clean. It's amazing. Linking my appliances through the Smart Things app is an additional plus. Very happy with my Purchase.

It does it without you even knowing it does, due to how quiet it is! It fits a lot of clothes inside it, and even then doesn't shake like others do! The clothes come out clean super well, and it does it without any trouble!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my samsung washer for at least a year now, and i love it. i have 3 dogs so i love that its extra large to get more cleaning done. it only takes at most an hour to wash an extra large load of clothing, or blankets, an hour, which is awesome, so its handy for the says I am in a hurry! the spin cycle is not loud at all, barely any vibrating, its quiet and does not shake really at all. also i love i can set-up my phone with it, yhats pretty handy as well! i love samsung and intend to always choose samsung when possible
