This is the first washer I have purchased with an open tub. I'm not sure if that's why it constantly goes off balance. You have to stop the machine and restart it. Which then resets the time. When it is on the spin cycle, it starts at 15 minutes. It actually takes 3 1/2 minutes to start to spin. If the machine goes off balance and you stop it to rearrange the sopping wet articles once you restart it sets back to 15. There are also issues with the fill process. There are times it does not feel enough to cover the items in the wash. Then there are times when it overfills. I always said it on the same cycle of quick wash which takes 34 minutes. There are times I have to shut the cycle off completely and just put it on spin. This will be the last Samsung purchase I make. I even purchased the extended warranty through Sams Club, which is Allstate. In order to get a repair person they come from two hours away and that can take an act of Congress. I am done with Samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for about three months now and I can truly say it's a really nice machine. The one I got is black with a smooth finish. Very spacious. You can fit a king size comforter and then some in it. Washes pretty well and quick and if you have the app or other Samsung products like tv it pops on there to remind you it's finished. Amazing product

Even when we're downstairs, you can barely hear the washer when it's running. The self-clean cycle is also nice that it alerts you when it's time to clean.

I have to stand on a stool to reach the bottom but it makes for a funny picture if someone happens to see me😂 but that doesn't bother me. Love the washer especially the Deep Fill feature. Gave it 4 stars due to the water spoting issue. I like things to look nice, even in the laundry room.

With the smart technology it sends me a reminder when its done which helps. This will definitely help us continue laundry schedules better. We also like the look of the washer and the size.

Its sleek black design looks great in my laundry room. The large capacity and features make it an obvious choice. The laundry cycle speeds are quick and simple to understand. I trust the Samsung brand and the SmartThings integration. I'm happy I needed this.

We had to learn how to use the washer, and some of the features I'm still learning about. I appreciate the phone app notification that alerts me when the cycle is complete. Being able to wash comforters and larger loads has also been a bonus. If this washer lasts as long as my previous one of 20 years, I'll be happy.
