i did not find this chair anywhere near as comfortable as it was when i tried it in the warehouse. i guess you really need a desk in front of you to make a proper judgement. the chair didn't go up high enough, and i also found that i was tilted back a little too much, even with the tilt as far forward as it could go. i returned it.

Very comfortable, exactly as advertised, quality materials, easy to put together(requires no tools), big and tall, great back support! I bought one about 3.5 years ago and it was leaning to one side a bit. This chair is so great, and nicely priced, I bought the same one!

We've only had the chair a few days but my Husband is very pleased. He's a big and tall guy around 260 and 6 foot 1 it fits him well and is comfortable for an 8hr shift and gaming. It was easy to put together and the materials seem to be of good quality. Another bonus it rolls well on carpet.

Have only had this chair for a short time but really like it so far. Very comfortable and everything works easily. Not crazy about it being bonded leather instead of real leather but real leather would be super expensive. This chair is priced where I can replace it every few years if the bonded leather starts failing. Glad I purchased it. Delivered free to house and no tools to assemble. Easily assembled.

I purchased this chair about 3 weeks ago and it sat in the box for 2 of them. Then I opened the box and this nice big brown chair was very easily assembled by me. I have to say it is really comfortable and I am using it for a computer desk chair. It set me up without even adjusting anything. I haven't had a chance to use it to much because I have been fishing in the mountains but I look forward to using it when I get back.

Very easy to assemble. I dislike that the chair does not have lumbar support. Contacted Sams Rep and he suggested Lazy Boy Model LZB48957 - "La-Z-Boy Commercial 2000 High-Back Executive Chair with Dynamic Lumbar Support, Black". Not impressed with the ratings of the suggested model. Will need to buy a back cushion lumbar support pillow to adapt to my La-Z-Boy Alston Big & Tall Executive Chair.

Wheel base. Wheels would not go into base. Believe me several of us tried. Very frustrating when we need this chair to use in our office. Now it is not usable until the replacement parts come. We have 3 other chairs like this & no problem before. I called Lazy Boy & had to send pictures & receipt of purchase. Not sure how long it will take to get new parts. May just return item if parts don't show up this week.

Made well, ease of assembly and comfortable. I recommend without reservation. I have a very bad back and would have to limit my time in a wooden chair that exacerbated my sciatica. My new Lazy boy Alston enables me to work at my desk without feeling any back pain. What an improvement!

Love this chair so far (approx 1 month)! Roomy and comfortable for my fuller figure, as well as my husband's smaller frame. Assembly wasn't as simple as advertised, starting with casters that wouldn't snap into the base (needed a rubber mallet), but easier than similar chairs. No idea how long the bonded leather will hold up, but so far, looks great.

First I'll say that any chair would have been an improvement to my old one but this chair is better than I expected. I have used it for many work hours since I received it and I am glad I chose this one. So far (only a few weeks) the padding is holding up and it seems very durable. I am not a large person, weighing 125lbs., so the padding may be different for someone else. The only complaint is that it will be little bit too tall for anyone who is on the shorter side- say 5'3" or less. It was very easy to assemble and was done in minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this item.
