I had the last Sam's 350lb chair and it wasn't made by lazy boy, but it was the first to last me a few years, so I came back to Sam's for another to find this replacing it. So far it is a superior chair to the old one. Light, strong, rolls easy (be careful not to hit stuff when you move) and is VERY comfortable and the easiest to assemble I've ever seen. No tools, you pop it together and the screw in bolts are topped with plastic knobs that turn easy. I am sure it will last long as lazyboy always has.

I had "tried" the chair in the store every visit over the last few years. Finally saw it on sale and ordered. I am very glad that I did. Just beware, it is big & tall, so lowest setting still leaves arms unable to slide under desk when not in use.

This chair is EXCELLENT. Hands down the most comfortable office chair I've ever had. The folding feature is extra nice because I can put it all the way under my desk if I need the extra space since my work-from-home office is also my guest bedroom. My husband is 6ft, 275 lbs and he is very comfortable in this chair as well. Definitely recommend!

Love this chair so far (approx 1 month)! Roomy and comfortable for my fuller figure, as well as my husband's smaller frame. Assembly wasn't as simple as advertised, starting with casters that wouldn't snap into the base (needed a rubber mallet), but easier than similar chairs. No idea how long the bonded leather will hold up, but so far, looks great.

Finally found a chair that fits my tall frame, is comfortable to the point i wish I had 4 more of these, and I can actually enjoy sitting in. I literally have no cons about this chair after owning it for about a month. Out of the box this is super easy to assembly by hand without the need for tools as they say.

i did not find this chair anywhere near as comfortable as it was when i tried it in the warehouse. i guess you really need a desk in front of you to make a proper judgement. the chair didn't go up high enough, and i also found that i was tilted back a little too much, even with the tilt as far forward as it could go. i returned it.

This chair has poor lumbar support. The back has side bolsters that are supportive but the center has little support. Using a small cushion to help in the center. The bottom cushion seems more substantial. Overall it's fairly comfortable but does not give the impression of durability.

I have had this chair for about a week. It was fairly simple to assemble. Would suggest getting another person to help set the chair seat/back assembly onto the bottom wheels assembly. I bought this chair to use with my home computer desk. I selected this chair due to the high weight limit. To soon to say it is holding up. My only complaint with the chair is that the back is not adjustable. It tilts slightly back. When working on a computer, you need a chair back to support your back. This one will not. Other than that, the seat and back cushioning is soft and plush. I bought this chair while it was on sale and I feel I paid a fair price for it and it is worth the money.

Wheel base. Wheels would not go into base. Believe me several of us tried. Very frustrating when we need this chair to use in our office. Now it is not usable until the replacement parts come. We have 3 other chairs like this & no problem before. I called Lazy Boy & had to send pictures & receipt of purchase. Not sure how long it will take to get new parts. May just return item if parts don't show up this week.

Was hesitant on purchasing this chair as I am not big nor tall but it is perfect for my needs. I am able to attach a back massager which makes up for the extra room. Even without the massager in place, I don't feel like I am drowning in the chair. I've had this chair for over a month, so far so good.
