We purchased this chair to replace our former Lazyboy which the surface covering was coming off. The new chair like the former are both comfortable and nice chairs. I hope the surface on the arms and headrest last longer than the former chair, in any case we liked the former chair so much we bought this one which is very comfortable also. I'm 6'3" and about 220 and my wife is 5'7" and we both like the new chair.

This is a 4.5 chair literally better than 90% of what you can get for around 200. Stop buying gaming chairs and chairs that look comfy just in pictures. The back stays cool, the butt stays VERY comy, and the head stays padded. Negatives are minor and include (slightly short back(I am 6'4 that is the very limit, a bit too short) and while it reclines beautifully and poised, it only goes back a tiny bit

The chair is very comfortable. It came quickly. It was easy to assemble. Time will tell if the material lasts. I was hesitant to purchase the chair because I've had bonded leather chairs before which peeled and made a mess within a year or two. The chair itself seems well made so i hope the material lives up to my expectations of the La-Z-Boy brand.

This chair has poor lumbar support. The back has side bolsters that are supportive but the center has little support. Using a small cushion to help in the center. The bottom cushion seems more substantial. Overall it's fairly comfortable but does not give the impression of durability.

I bought this almost a month ago as my old desk chair was rickety and wore out. I switched to a office chair with no arms I had. That thing was so uncomfortable it was making me sore sitting at the deak any length of time. This La-Z-Boy chair has great back support and so comfortable I could sleep in in. I tried at Sam's before I bought. Would recomend people try one a Sam's before they buy as I am 6'2", 240, recommend sitting in it in the store before you buy. I couldn't be happier with mine.

I love my new La-Z-Boy Alston Big & Tall Executive Chair! The padding and support feels like it was made just to fit me, the adjustment controls are so easy to use, it's so comfortable I find myself falling asleep while using it. The padded armrests are so comfortable, and sturdy. I believe I will get years of dependable use out of this chair!

I sit at my desk a lot during the day as I have a home business. It is by far the nicest and most comfortable one I have ever had. I usually go to a store and sit on these so I can pick one that works for me. I ordered this online because of the feedback and have not been disappointed. Very well made and extremely sturdy. Also EASY to put together.

Was hesitant on purchasing this chair as I am not big nor tall but it is perfect for my needs. I am able to attach a back massager which makes up for the extra room. Even without the massager in place, I don't feel like I am drowning in the chair. I've had this chair for over a month, so far so good.

This chair is EXCELLENT. Hands down the most comfortable office chair I've ever had. The folding feature is extra nice because I can put it all the way under my desk if I need the extra space since my work-from-home office is also my guest bedroom. My husband is 6ft, 275 lbs and he is very comfortable in this chair as well. Definitely recommend!

Took about 20 minutes to assemble with out tools. Very comfortable and sturdy. The only reservation is that it is bonded leather rather than full grain leather. My old bonded leather chair lasted about 5 years and then about 20% of the "leather" peeled off. Bonded leather is ground up leather scraps that have been mixed with adhesives and other chemicals and vinyl or polyurethane.
