I have this chair in my home office and as I sit here there are little brown leather flakes all over the floor. All bonded leather peels and you can use the finest mink oil leather conditioner and it still peels. The key to buying leather furniture is to buy Top Grain Leather. My chair is 2 years old and ready for the garbage dump. So far this year 1 couch, 1 love seat and an ottoman have gone to the dump and all less than 3 years old. The top grain leather sofa from Costco in Anchorage Alaska still looks great after 15 years of use.

I bought this chair about a week ago,took about 8 days to arrive. Came in a big-heavy box. Assembly was not difficult and fairly simple to do. Chair is super comfortable, wide, and able to support my weight. Will definitely buy another if I need to, and I recommend buying one.

great deal for the price

I bought this to replace one of those high-tech chairs that had simply quit working and wasn't very comfortable to begin with. This chair I'd found in the store and tried it, along with about 12 others over the past 10 months. This was by far the most comfortable. I bought it and it was as easy to put together as the description said. Extremely comfortable. Not a lot of different adjustments, but doesn't really need them. I'm very happy with the chair after using it for at least 10 hours a day for the past four weeks.

I bought this chair a couple of years ago, in large part, because of my previous experience with La-Z-Boy. Almost immediately I began to regret the purchase. The seat slants forward and makes you feel like you are going to fall in the floor. After a few months, the "leather" started to peel away from the fabric underneath it. The newest "trick" it performs is to leak grease on the floor. This chair is not worthy of the La-Z-Boy name.

We were so excited about this chair! The looks, the comfort and a LA-Z-BOY brand for durability. It started off great, but started making a very loud squeaking sound after four months of use. We have flipped it upside down multiple times to check for loose parts and have made sure all parts are lubricated to prevent squeaking, but none of that has worked. Terribly frustrated as we can't seem to fix it. Sadly, would not recommend.

Pros: super easy to put together. Comfortable leather. Cons: one of the bolt screws to put the plate on broke during install- very cheap plastic turn knob. Also, the cables that you insert into the slit for to lift the chair or to recline do not fit perfectly into place and fall out. Additionally, I am 6'1” and when I sit back my head does not rest on the chair so im not sure how this is labeled big and tall. I called to get a replacement boot screw and was advised it would be 12-14 weeks and to just return it to the store.

I bought this since I'm a big guy (6'9" 290lbs) and needed something for my size. At first it was great but now I have an issue with the leather and an arm is popping out a bit. Lazy boy customer service never responds to you and sam's club says contact them. Never again will I buy a big purchase from Sam's club.

Very comfortable

I've had this chair for 8 months now, and I sit in it every day for many hours. I'm 5'11" and 220 pounds. I've sat in lots of chairs over my almost 60 years, and I can honestly say that this is the best, most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. I also purchased the Serta Manager's Chair for my wife, who's 5'5" and 120 pounds. It's perfect for her, and I do like it, but this one is muuuch better for me. This one is much more comfortable for a bigger person, especially if you're going to be sitting for extended periods. My body just "fits" perfectly in this chair. I sit in it and it has just the right amount of give for my keester at my weight, and my back is hugged by the form-fitting chair back. It's like sitting in a really expensive Lamborghini seat. This chair at the office chain that connects paper together is $300, so this is a great deal at Sam's. I paid a third of that, and I'm thrilled.
