Very good

Great

I was excited to make a big pot of family recipe beef stew. Slow cooked it and it still came out tough, while the rest of the stew came out perfect. What a disappointment.

Gross, tough and dry! Cooked in crock pot for 8 hours. Normally my roast/stew meat is so tender it falls apart but not with this cut of meat. Very disappointed in Sam's meats these days but they did refund our money.

It was worst investment I did. On top of the meat pack the meat was nice but in the bottom of the pack there was only but fat sadly i didn't save any pictures. Usually I purchase this meat and never have a problem but this time Ít was horrible

We have purchased this beef twice. The first time we were pleasantly surprised! So, we purchased it again this past week and weren't happy. It was extremely tough and had no flavor. 😕

I normally buy this alot and it's decent. However I bought it a few days ago and there was more unuseable fat/gristle hidden under the top meat that I would have thought possible. I called the store. She said I could bring it back but what a hassel.. So I guess I learned my lesson and won't buy this again from Sams. What a waste of $21 bucks!!!

Fortunately, we here in the USA do not worship cows; we eat them. Sam's does have the freshest, high quality beef around town. Unless you prefer to pay more at some butcher when the kids do not know the difference in the first place. Look forward to winter when beef stew will be a good dish. If the global elite really succeed in making us vegans, Indian vegan TV dinners will have to be a life saver. Unless they starve to death too.

This is absolutely terrible. Is is bone dry and tough as shoe leather. I purchased it to make beef stew which cooks low and slow for ours. After 4 1/2 hours it was still tough and it was so dry it was hard to swallow. The only thing that made it go down at all was the stew gravy. Out of the 4 1/2 pounds my husband and I ate one small dinner and I ended up cutting the balance of the beef for my dog. I will never buy that again.

I'm terrible disappointed that the package of stew meat I bought said it weighed 2.81 pounds but when I weighed it at home because my recipe only called for 2 pounds it only weighed 2.13 pounds. Probably why you don't see any scales in the Grand Forks ND store anywhere.
