Good quality beef we use for a number of different meals from stew to burnt ends, meat pies and Irish pasties, and chile. It's uses are limited only by your imagination.

Very disappointed in the stew meat this time! On the bottom (of course) the pieces were not cut through and the thin layer of film were still attached plus grizzzle and fat!!!!

Meat had bones and bad pieces- family didn’t like it. Would not recommend this- price is sometimes better at local grocery store so I will buy it there instead.

I liked the price and amount of beef stew meat purchased; however, much of the meat in this package was too fatty and grissily that I was unable to use the majority of the product.
