Made a bacon and bourbon stew, fantastic

Convenient. Good quality

Too much gat and gristle.

Used this stew meat to make vegetable beef soup. It was tender and delicious.

must cook for extended time and still takes a lot of chewing

This , the rest of Sams meats are excellent

Great other than the prices are cut slightly to large

tender, juicy and full of flavor

Best beef stew I’ve ever had. Very tender

Stew meat that’s well marbled for flavor.
