Very lean meat with great flavor

I buy this all the time when making beef stew and have never been disappointed

The cut portion are great and at times need to be cut down for smaller pieces

Nice and tender perfect for stew.

I would prefer if the cubes were bigger, more like double sized.

Good quality beef, decent flavor at a reasonable price.

It was really good .. Cooked it in the crockpot the flavor was great and tender..
