Good, but a little tough. I would definitely use this in a pressure cooker or a broil. I would not pan fry as it comes out rubbery.

Shrinks to 40% original size. I expect some shrinkage, but this is strange. Must be injected with something.

Excellent meat product. I remove the little bit of fat on the meat. But I use it in about every meat dish I prepare.

The pieces of this stew meat were cut a bit too small for my liking. There was too much fat and some gristle as well.

Good quality. A bit pricy so you want to be careful in picking the package you purchase. Some packages contain a lot of fat.

Used in beef stew. Cooked up nicely and was just a little chewy, thus the 4 stars. But the price is great.
