Used in beef stew. Cooked up nicely and was just a little chewy, thus the 4 stars. But the price is great.

The package I had, there was very little connective tissue and fat in the package. It was very tender and tasty.

Great quality beef with just the right amount of fat for flavor. This seems to be of excellent and consistent quality. Highly recommended.

Excellent meat product. I remove the little bit of fat on the meat. But I use it in about every meat dish I prepare.

The Beef Stew meat is a little tough but flavorful. It's excellent in soups and for casserole dishes.

I cooked it in a stew. Worked well with 20 minutes in a pressure cooker. Would not recommend if no pressure cooker,

This beef made the tasty stock for a huge pot of vegetable soup when the weather turned cold & rainy. VERY GOOD meal!

Very lean, good cut of meat. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the price was a little expensive but I guess it was worth it in the end.

I usually buy a few of these at a time and I’m always happy with the freshness of their meat department.
