Always lean with little waste

The meat had two much fat on it.

Very little fat/waste. I wish pieces were a little smaller but I cut to size needed

usually this meat is very good , but the last one about is extremely tough, even after slow cooking. was very disappointed with it.

Horrible, we even marinaded for and was so hard to chew we ended up throwing it away. Do not buy this meat, you are wasting your money.

This was a large quantity of meat I purchased for meal prep. It was very fatty and required a lot of trimming.

It was lean, put it in my instant pot with veggies and cooked up a beef soup. Better price than at my grocery store, and leaner.

This was a pleasure to cook with. Minimal fat lots of flavor very tender I did a stroganoff and a stew

I always buy these packs and separate them into baggies. Them are great for beef and noodles, stew, steak bites and onions, the beat goes on.

I love Sam's club's Angus beef stew meat. Whenever I use it to make stuff it's always tender and full of flavor.
