I was thinking about a roast, but glad I decided on the beef stew chunks... already cut! Big pack, big chunks and enough for several meals. I cooked beef stew this time. Next time may be pepper steak. Definitely buying again for the price!

Very good quality. Hardly any fat in this. We marinated it and made stew. It was really good. It is large enough that I split it into two and sealed and froze the other half. I bought another one the next week for future use.

I bought this beef stew meat to make Sunday dinner for my family. The meat was excellent snd my family loved it. Also, the price was better at Sam’s Club as opposed to our local supermarkets.

I had to cut this into smaller pieces but after that it tasted amazing in my stew. Great flavor and tenderness too. I recommend this as long as you are willing to cut it into smaller pieces. These are big enough to choke even a grown person.

Worst stew meat I’ve ever bought. It looked like nice meat from what you could see from the package and when you went to use it is was all tendon and less than half of the package was usable.

At first I was a little worried that there was too much fat in the beef but it trimmed up easily without too much loss and after cooking it at a simmer it was perfect for my vegetable beef soup. It was so tender and flavorful and not greasy at all. Thanks Sam, you do a great job on your meat!

I have bought this product several times before and it was very good. However, the last package was so tough, I had to throw the entire package out. We literally could not chew it. Did a customer service chat that told me to go in person for a refund.
