Great for pot roast or stew in the pressure cooker or crock pot. Nice size to just dump in and add your seasonings and veggies, gets very tender and doesn't have gristle or hard bits. Convenient and decent value.

Mostly meaty chunks with just a few grissle ~ I had about 6 pieces I had to trim down, and 2 pieces I just tossed out = pure fat and / or grissle. Remaining pieces were very tasty and not tough at all making them easy to chew.

These are good, but there is a ridiculous amount of fatty pieces.

I bought this meat a couple of times and the meat was rotten. I returned the first back and tossed the other pack. I don’t reconbb NBC end buying meat from this location
