When buying these beef cubes from Sams its always the best value and the meat is always fresh looking. We use a large pack for our family often with different recipes and the amount you get is perfect.

These beef cubes were not the right cut for beef stew. After 3 his the meat still wasn't tender. Fibrous and chewy. Loss of time and money. The butcher thought these were cut from Chuck, but i don't think so, wasn't much fat content.

I have gotten this a few times now and evey time the top layer and bottom layer are beautifully red looks fresh, then the inside is brown/grey. Have to throw away half of it every time. So no not worth paying for 5 pounds and getting 1 maybe.

Best quality meat around for the price. We usually shop at another local grocery chain, which has great prices, but we found the meat to be much fattier than the Member's Mark. This is much leaner and a better value for the price.

Very good; easy to order and ready for curbside pickup when requested. Beat the price of all other resources I checked. Will definitely buy from Sam's Club again!!

Nicely trimmed and tasty beef stew meat. I like to quickly braise and then slow cook them. Delicious in beef stew, soups, or as tips with a gravy type sauce. Another idea, marinate and add them to kabobs!

These beef cubes have a really nice flavor. They make great stews, soups, chili, and in a pinch beef stroganoff. I like to use it fresh and freeze the remaining in meal size portions.

I've bought this before and was very pleased, but this purchase was a bit disappointing. The meat was tough after the normal cooking time. Flavor wasn't as good as previous purchases

Great for pot roast or stew in the pressure cooker or crock pot. Nice size to just dump in and add your seasonings and veggies, gets very tender and doesn't have gristle or hard bits. Convenient and decent value.

The product is excellent. Unfortunately I had ordered online and received a quantity at double the price that was indicated online (due to excessive weight). This is deceptive and not appreciated.
