Pieces were well trimmed and cooked up very tender. I would have preferred them to be smaller pieces though.

I've been buying these for years but the last few times we've had issues with bones in the meat . whoever is doing the cutting of the meat needs to be educated on doing a better job before Sam's gets sued for someone choking on a bones.

The top portion of the meat is good. But they hide the old and almost spoiled meat inside. Even I bought it today also the same. It smells badly.

My regular store was out of organic grass fed. Tried this and never again. It's like chewing on old ground up tires. Nasty.
