Was tough and ended up throwing away

Excellent meat for beef stew. The meat was so tender. We will be making another Sam's run for meat!

I'm picky about my meat. I found Sam's has good quality meat at reasonable price per pound. My family is very happy with the meals.

Pieces were well trimmed and cooked up very tender. I would have preferred them to be smaller pieces though.

Quality has gone way down, grey looking meat now and tough and stringy when cooked. Oh, and costs more now, another Sam's Club disgrace

Made crockpot chili with this stew meat. A little bit of trimming was necessary, but the meat was nice and tender.

if I buy meat I expect it to be able to sit in the fridge at least a couple days before I have to cook it! disappointed
