I buy this and split it up and freeze in vacuum-sealed bags to use when making soup and stews in my instapot

We bought this and used it for beef and broccoli stir fry. It was so tender. Much more tender than most beef cubes we have had in the past and there was very little shrinkage. Definitely buying this beef again soon!

This is by far the BEST Stew Meat my husband and I have had. I cook 7 days a week...I cook a lot lol. We were very disappointed with Dillons roasts the past several years. We decided to try Sam's drew meat and the texture & flavor are exceptional!

Get a pack of this and put it in the pressure cooker with tomato sauce, onions and spices. The results are spectacular.

PURCHASED 2 PACKAGES ON 5JUNE23 USED FOR KABOBS.THEY HAD TOO MUCH GRISTLE AND THEY WERE TOUGH. I'VE USED DIFFERENT BEEF BEFORE AND THEY WERE GREAT. THIS WAS SO BAD THAT I WAS EMBARRASSED TO SERVE THEM

Turned out having lots of flavor and very tender

Had to cut the pieces a little smaller but the meat was tender and very good.
