Bought this stew beef and paid way too much for it. The beef stew was Tough and could not be eaten. I thought Sams meat choices were supposed to be of high quality. However, it is not. I will NEVER BUY any meat products from Sams again.

The absolute worse stew meat I can remember! The meat looked ok from the package. All the better pieces were on top and could be seen. Each layer got worse and worse. I had over 4# and ended up throwing away 1.42 pounds (measured on scale). I will NEVER buy "stew meat from Sams again.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and was very disappointed. It had a lot of gristle and fat and tough. Not worth buying. I have bought it there before and it was very good. What Happened? The quality has gone down hill a lot. Debating on whether to try it again.

Pieces were larger than photographed. I cut each one into thirds when possible though the silverskin made it difficult. I pulled about a pound and a half of bad bits out and they went into the stock pot instead of the stew pot, to be strained and defatted when done. Trying to be optimistic about the stew. I won't be buying this again.

I bought this meat from Sam;s Club i Hodgkins a couple of times ad the quality was inferior: The Meat was rotten. I returned the first pack and received my refund i the first time. but due to Covid 19, I didn't go back the second time ad decided to complain to the Health Department about the sale of expired meat products at this location.

I puchased this stew meat today for pickup based on the ratings. I am shocked at the extremely poor quality of this meat. There were no chuncks of meat, only fatty and grissly pieces of meat that were the pieces trimmed off from other meat cuts. I called the customer service line and spoke with a nice gentleman. After hearing my complaint he offered to refund the full purchse price for this glob of fat I received. I purchased this at the Gilbert AZ store, the manager of the meat department should be ashamed for allowing this poor quality.
