I have loved it for the most part. It is quiet, keeps things at a steady temperature and is efficient. However I was disappointed that the part the water purifier connects to broke so easily within 7 months from when I got the refrigerator. However the man who came to replace it was friendly and knew what he was doing. It was fixed within 30 minutes.

Was disappointed to find that there was no bottom freezer ice maker. Probably our bad for not researching enough, but at the list price I would’ve thought there was one. For installation, pulls on lower drawers are difficult to install. Hard to get the hex wrench into that small of a hole when you can’t see it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator because of ice maker feature, it was built into the door. Even though it is small, ice maker make great ice. Most of the refrigerator has ice maker in the main refrigeration area, taking the storage area. This refrigerator also have another great feature which is having two separate freezer space, so you don't have to dig in deep like one freezer design.

Was concerned about the ice maker keeping up but all I have had to do is dump the tray into the ice storage bin in the freezer. We have had no issues with it and impressed by the features that it has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about 3 months ago and have a few issues. The freezer drawers have a bad seal and food ices up and the ice tray melts. The slides have ice on them from the condensation as well. The motor is making loud noises already and LG won't help me! Do not recommend LGs.

We love the easy access to everything. The ice dispenser had no problem keeping up with 6 adults home for the holidays. I bought little clear containers for the snack drawer - and the little and big kids liked that they could see what was there. It's super roomy and my daughter loved the shelf that could accommodate very tall items. I like that all my little condements on on the doors and not taking refrigerator space. The freezer is a little smaller than my last one which was full of food I forgot I had - so this will give me a better view of what I have so I don't waste food.

I couldn't believe how much room I had for pre-cooked turkey and some of the prepared dishes as well as after Thanksgiving left overs. I'm surprised everyday that there is always room for everything I want to save. Some friends have an extra fridge in their garage or another room. My LG is like having a second refrigerator. It's perfect for our family.

It looks fantastic, has plenty of space with flexibility to arrange the storage, a place for everything! The water/ice dispenser is awesome...love, love, love it!! It's wifi enabled too!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 24 cu ft refer that came with the house with this LG 28 cu ft. What a difference! Way more space with essentially the same footprint as the smaller one. The interior storage layout is good and the double freezer area really works for us so we can segregate the various frozen items. Gallon milk containers and various condiments fit perfectly in the door shelves. There aren’t too many “hiding spaces” in this fridge as everything is visible and easily accessible.
