The fridge has been great so far. The only issue we have is the water tastes funny coming out of fridge. We pushed through over 3 gallons on new filter and it still has a funny metallic taste and it has been 2 weeks and probably over 20 gallons gone through. Was wondering if there are different types of filters that can be used or do you only have 1 model that fits this fridge? Ron

I buy in bulk and did not realize how small it actually was until I went shopping and tried to put all the frozen food away. My old refrigerator could hold even more. Love that the refrigerator has more room, great for parties!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG French Door refrigerator a couple of years ago and have enjoyed the spaciousness and versatility it offers. We did experience one problem with the cooling system that was totally repaired by LG, even though we were out of the regular warranty.

The refrigerator is okay. It keeps your food cold. If you use ice very much at all you will need a separate ice maker The ice maker is very small and the ice itself is also. Also, for some reason unknown to this writer LG decided you only need a light in the top freezer drawer and not the bottom making it very hard to see frozen goods. I'm sure that LG won't give me the money in their contest because I told the truth. We have had the refrigerator for three years though and it's still running!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The self closing drawers are great. Might it be possible to make the French doors self closing? The fresh air filter is a nice feature but installing and removing is hard especially for senior citizens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator with more space and this was it. It fits well in our kitchen and the in door ice maker does not take up too much space. Have the two drawer freezer also helps by allowing us to have the more common items saved on the top. The wifi is kind of neat, but really only useful for knowing when the kid is standing there with the door open.

Less than a year old the temp started warming in the fridge part. Freezer ok. It was covered under the factory warranty and repaired. Makes me worried about the near future of the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has taken the place of two that I had. I can fit the turkey, all casseroles and sides for Thanksgiving with no problems along with other items. The ice make does not hold many cubes though and clogs easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator , rather expensive , I have trouble getting the WI-Fi to connect. Have only spent 30 minutes trying. Will try once again when I have time. A lot of my problems stem from extremely slow internet service. A problem when living in rural America.
