[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the unit almost 30 days and have very much enjoyed the unit. It is much easier to access the ice maker with it being in the left door. Storage is much easier as there are many options for items. The wireless access makes it easy to monitor the temp and when doors are left open.

I would recommend it to anyone who needs a new fridge. The drawers are wide and deep and the double drawers are a great idea. You dont forget what is at the bottom of the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered on Nov. 13. I have had nothing but trouble with this. Two technicians came out and could not fix it. The refrigerator itself became a freezer. I am 84 years old and this has become a real problem. Threw about lettuce, fruit, tomatoes because they were frozen. I had to pick another lg refrigerator which I really did not want. It will be delivered this Tuesday Dec.7. Hope this one will work.

Many features like bells chime when you leave it open and wifi capable. Large area to store all your food. Two separate freezer bins. No fingerprints. It is just what we wanted. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 weeks ago to replace an LG refrigerator that the compressor died after using for 10 years. Looks like the latest LG has upgraded the compressor. One thing that is not with the newer refrigerator is the ability to adjust the shelves inside the door...that was a pretty neat feature on the "older" refrigerator. Otherwise, this is a topnotch refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the amount of space in this refrigerator and all the features. It's great. Especially love the double drawer freezer so I don't stack things so high in one drawer I can can see what's in each drawer easily!

Refrigerator is 2 months old and waiting for the fourth time the Repair tech is coming to try to fix the issue. It appears that this product is a lemon and should be replaced, but we have to jump through hoops To get all the repair appointments and lost food which is unacceptable

Our last refrigerator lasted 16 years and it was a side by side. We had been wanting a French door refrigerator but weren't sure about issues we had heard about with the ice maker in the door. After talking with our salesman and a repair man we decided on this LG refrigerator. It is quiet and has lots of room. My only reason for giving it the 4 stars is that the ice maker has a small reservoir meaning fewer ice cubes. We tend to go through a lot of ice and water in our house. Not a huge issue, we just need to remember to dump the ice maker ice into the storage container in the freezer when we have extra so that we can continue to generate more ice for our family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe how large this fridge in inside. It is actually smaller than our previous model, but it so well designed it seems a lot larger! The even temperature is amazing, even on the door and it keeps the milk icy cold, just the way I like it.
