[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator for our new home and it is perfect. The design is great, it has plenty of room for everything. The shelves are easy to clean and truly protect spills from going everywhere. The only knock is that there is no such thing as "fingerprint resistant" stainless steel. There is some sort of finish that makes the fingerprints easy to clean, but they still appear just as easily as regular stainless steel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this LG french door refrigerator. It is spacious and has compartments for everything. The two doors open revealing a huge amount of space and compartments. It has a full top shelf on the top level, and a split shelf on the second level. There are two separate side by side drawers for fruits and or vegetables with individual settings. There is a long drawer beneath the double drawers that can store cold cuts, platters etc that is only the top part. There are two freezer drawers with ample storage for all the goodies. It has a built in ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

Bought this three years ago we’re great at first all of a sudden totally quit waited three months for them to fix it living out of a cooler until I finally got fed up and bought a another fridge when they did come to fix it it was freezing things in the refrigerator and then completely fine things in the freezer major fluctuation in temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge barely made it one year and the compressor gave our. Pretty disappointed since we spent a lot of money on it. Thankfully the Tech was very knowledgeable and not in a rush. He took his time to make sure all issues were resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to get more space - and this fit the bill! It takes up less space than our older fridge, but the layout inside is much larger and meets our families needs. I love the large drawer inside the fridge so you can see things better.

We have only had this for a couple of years and the other day I went to dispense water and it would not stop. We had to turn off the main water supply to the house to stop the water. We had to move the fridge to turn off the water supply to the fridge. The problem turned out to be a rusted screw that held the switch/lever on the on position. It rusted the screw due to moisture from the ice dispenser chute slowly running down onto the screw that held the switch lever in place. This is a bad design that could have simply been prevented using a stainless-steel screw that would not rust.

This is a well designed refrigerator with excellent features and layout. The duo freezer doors are a huge advantage over singles as it eliminates the need to dig down through multiple layers of items to find what you're looking for. It allows for much better organization. The in-door ice maker is also nice. It frees up space and consequently the refrigerated section is roomier than our previous 27cu ft unit.

I did quite a bit of research prior to purchasing this refrigerator. I wanted one that had ice and water in the door but still has room for condiments on the inside door. I also liked the idea of a small pull out drawer to store items I get out almost every day. This fits the bill for everything along with the LG name which I prefer for appliances.

No matter how many gallons of water we have taken out of the door, the water continues to smell and taste of chemicals. The dealer was happy to offer a replacement. The only other complaint I have with the design, is that the shelves on the left door are too wide for 1 bottle depth and too narrow for 2 bottles--this means that every time you shut the door the bottles slide and crash! Not that way on my old LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had basic expectations. A Refrigerator to keep food cold in the fridge part and frozen in the freezer section. Less than a year old the temp started warming in the fridge part. Freezer ok. It was covered under the factory warranty and repaired. Makes me worried about the near future of the unit.
