[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love the LG refrigerator,4 door, love the over all look. My last LG is still working after 18 years. Its in the garage. The only down fall is there is no light in the bottom freezer. But I guess I'll have to live with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first LG product I have ever bought. I smile every time I open the doors of the refrigerator section. Your ice maker is the best design I have ever had. It takes almost no refrigerator space and it never runs out of ice.

You have lost a customer. I have bought LG washer/dryers, TVs, and refrigerators. This is my second home to have brand new LG products. The compressor went out on the refrigerator after only 2.5 years. I have found out this is a known issue for years and a subject of a class action lawsuit. Then, I had to live out of a cooler for tow weeks before a tech showed up. He fixed it in two hours. The warranty service was terrible. If this is how LG services their products, I won’t buy an LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying our purchase. I love the ice maker is on the door so that we have a full shelf inside. I love the deli/meat drawer its very convenient. Very bright inside and makes it easy to find things. We are very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: buy a single evaporator fridge. Maybe I'm old school, but was unimpressed when after a hair over 3 years in the fridge stopped cooling. Lost a lot of food. Come to find out the compressor had gone out, and it is unfortunately a common issue in these fridges. I obviously didn't know that when I purchased. I would love to think that when I spend this much on a fridge it's going to last for many years, but nobody makes things like they used to. That being said, I'm impressed with how easy and simple the warranty process was. The tech came out and had replaced the compressor in a couple of hours. Warranty covered everything which was great, just really unimpressed I had to use the warranty this early. Overall, nice features, but it's just a massive paperweight if it doesn't cool properly.

Within 3 hours of fridge installation, it displayed an error which caused the refrigerator to shut down. The error resulted in a cooling fault because the compressor fan was not working. It turned out the fan cable was not connected which was possible a factor issue. The cable has a key lock so it seems unlikely it would come unplugged during shipping. We were able to work around the issue by power-cycling the fridge every time this error occurred - about every 3 or 4 hours. The issue has since been resolved by a service technician. There is a second issue that the water from the dispenser has a plastic/metallic taste. The cable connecting the fridge to the water line has been replaced and this has helped, but the water taste is still substandard (not like our old fridge of 14 years). We are still trying to resolve this issue. Other than that the fridge is very nice. It appears to be very well designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator a couple of months back and I love it. Of course like every thing there are a few things I'm not completely happy with. I love the Ice maker in the door for it frees up so much room in the frig. but the Ice cubes are far too small. I also don't like the top freezer door auto closure. When I'm trying to take something out and not ready to close the draw it shuts on me. The inside of the frig is great and roomy. Couldn't ask for more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this Fridge in 2018 and overall it has been wonderful. With two months to spare on the warranty the compressor broke and had to be replaced. LG did great with the warranty and even reimbursed me for a mini-fridge for the two week duration of not having the primary rridge. Apart from that one hiccup, the fridge does exactly what it is supposed to do and does it great.
