We’ve had it about a month now and happy as can be. We were hesitant with small ice maker but it has never missed a beat and we’ve always had plenty of ice! I love the flip shelf and the door shelves are perfect sizes. I’ve already recommended this to several friends!

Ice chest seems to save a lot of room, but therefore leaves less room for ice storage. Just need to prepare a head of time if you need a lot of ice. I like that it also has an air filter along with an easily accessible water filter. Looking forward to many years of happy use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initially bought this refrigerator in June. That refrigerator had a major issue with condensation running down the side of it onto our floor. LG was was very hard to deal with. We ended up contacting the attorney generals office before making any headway at all. Even then LG was not helpful. Once Lowes found out about our problem they were great. They replaced our refrigerator pretty quickly. We so liked the design of this refrigerator we took a chance and replaced the faulty one with the same model. It was November before we got the new one. Hopefully we do not run into the same problem next summer. So, in short we love the layout and look of the refrigerator. We dislike the way LG treats its customers. We loved the way Lowes took over and resolved the problem. One thing of note about the refrigerator the dark stainless steel will scratch easily so be careful.

This refrigerator died at five years five months (five months after the expiration of its service plan). This was the second LG refrigerator I bought-the first lasted four years! Silly me for thinking that the second would last longer than the first.

THE OUTSIDE DISPLAY SHOULD SHOW ACTUAL FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR TEMPERATURE, NOT SET TEMPERATURE!!!! ALSO, IT IS ADVERTISED THAT THERE IS WIFI... BUT IT IS USELESS. AGAIN IT DOES'NT DISPLAY TEMPERATURES ....... AND I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS FOR..... AGAIN, THIS IS A GREAT UNIT AND WOULD HAVE GOT 5 STARS IF THERE WEREN'T THE TWO ISSUES MENTIONED....
