[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this for the double doors and wide storage. It's great when having parties and holiday gatherings. The taller water dispenser is also really nice for filling water bottles, dispensers and pitchers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the unit almost 30 days and have very much enjoyed the unit. It is much easier to access the ice maker with it being in the left door. Storage is much easier as there are many options for items. The wireless access makes it easy to monitor the temp and when doors are left open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is attractive and noise free. Unfortunately, the refrigerator came with the wrong water filter adapter installed in the unit. It had to be replaced. The water dispenser failed within two years and needed replacement. The compressor failed within three years and required replacement. The booklet instructions to WI-FI enable the unit was inapplicable to the unit so it was never activated. Consequently, I'd say that there are quality issues with this unit. The need for maintenance upon installation and then repeatedly afterwards makes me hesitant to recommend this model without getting a good warranty Thankfully, all of these repairs occurred during my three year warranty.

I love the refrigerator but the compressor failed in 4 years. If this happens to you, immediate contact LG. Don't contact the warranty company (if you purchased a warranty). LG was very responsive and got it fixed in a timely manner but, the compressor should not have failed in only 4 years.

My husband and I chose this refrigerator for the style and the price. We have enjoyed this product except for the ice maker. The ice maker is very small, we use more ice than other couples it seems. I love the ease of getting large trays in and out with the French doors. The freezer drawers are very handy for the grandkids to get ice cream when they are here. The compressor went out, but LG replaced it very quickly with only one phone call. It was nice to see they stand by their products. I also have the LG washer and dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge back in November of '20, and have had to have a repair tech look at it twice. The freezer doesn't work correctly, and maintains a max low temp of 20 degrees. The first tech said it is running correctly, so I can't fault him, but he is supposed to be an LG certified tech. Hopefully the second one figures out what's wrong with it. At least the warranty has been good on it!

It is just my wife and me, but we wanted a large refrigerator for when we host family gatherings. The icemaker can barely keep up with the two of us.

Ice machine not working, making noises on the back side, panel stops working and will not dispense water and shows ei-I display. I contacted you all to fix it and no one has called me back and it’s been more than a week.

My favorite thing is that the ice maker and water dispenser take up very little room leaving us a good amount of inside door space, something that other models lack. Lots of inside fridge room, the produce drawers are very deep and hold a lot. Generous freezer space too!
