[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this frig to replace my old LG. Both frig are similar (size and weight) at first glance except the new frig has two freezer draws (was one reason why I bought it). The glide and serve drawer is not as tall as the old frig, I'm having to buy new containers for that drawer. The old unit had intermediate shelf adjustment position for my odd containers, this one is limited for adjustments and cast in to the sidewall of the frig (the metal rack is only on the center support). The new frig got cold pretty quickly and was able to restock it that night. To open the right vegetable drawer both doors has to be opened, left drawer does not have this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, we have just gotten our fridge the beginning of February and it has turned out to be a great experience having a great place for our food to stay at a temperature that our old fridge never could along with the freezer that has actually gotten things completely froze. This is the first time we have gotten a fridge with the ice and water in the door and it has been a great addition with cute little ice cubes. We are as of now very happy with our choice of purchasing this LG 4 door black stainless steel fingerprint free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought out first home and decided this was the refrigerator for us. It's great, it has a lot of space and is easy to clean. I love that you can change the settings for the drawers based on what you have in them (Fruit, Veggies, Dairy) and everything is done with a touch (no notches). In addition, the water and ice dispenser works great and also works with a touch. One great thing that I also love is the chime noise it makes if you leave the door open.

I wanted to love this fridge. But the compressor went out one month after 5 years. That’s not good. I also had to replace the drawer lid when something fell on it and it cracked. Not durable. A year later I dropped a small container and it cracked again. Sometimes the fan acts up and gets loud as well. The ice maker still works and I do love that. But if you accidentally leave the door ajar. Only slightly, not enough for the alarm to beep, the ice will melt and you will have a mess. It’s disappointing. I’ve had 4 repairs in just over 5 years. My technician says he sees many issues with LG refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my LG refrigerator for about a month. Absolutely love it. Took a little bit to get used to french doors but it's so roomy. Love the 2 drawers for the freezer. Easy to get what you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is great when it works. The layout is well thought out, it looks good… It serves all of our needs. Unfortunately the compressor failed within 6 months of purchase and we had to get it replaced. If it wasn’t under warranty, it would’ve been a very expensive fix for an essentially brand new appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initially bought this refrigerator in June. That refrigerator had a major issue with condensation running down the side of it onto our floor. LG was was very hard to deal with. We ended up contacting the attorney generals office before making any headway at all. Even then LG was not helpful. Once Lowes found out about our problem they were great. They replaced our refrigerator pretty quickly. We so liked the design of this refrigerator we took a chance and replaced the faulty one with the same model. It was November before we got the new one. Hopefully we do not run into the same problem next summer. So, in short we love the layout and look of the refrigerator. We dislike the way LG treats its customers. We loved the way Lowes took over and resolved the problem. One thing of note about the refrigerator the dark stainless steel will scratch easily so be careful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago and I really like it. The refrigerator part is a lot bigger than my side-by-side was. I like that I can put a full sheet cake on a shelf and not have to move a bunch of stuff around because it fits. I do however wish that the freezer area was a little bit bigger.
