[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you "I love it", I have 2 young adults and with the other it wasn't big enough now with the double freezer I have my own drawer and they have there own. Enough room for everybody. No complaints all good. We each have a shelf and I love how the one goes back so we can put tall items in as well. It was a time getting it in the house had to have a 2nd crew bring it in 1st didn't want to to mess with any of it. Had to wait another day spoiled food. But the 2nd crew knew what they were doing . Very Happy Mom

The only down side would be that I like the milk cooler area in my old one, I could have up graded on this one but didn’t realize I would miss it. In all this has been great!

He explained everything that needed to be done and how long it would take so we would know on the day of the repair. My LG fridge is now working better than ever !! We really love the convenience of the two drawers freezer and the spacious fridge raider to hold all of the Food. Keeps everything fresh !! And the Lg fridge is beautiful in design. So thank ful they were able to repair my Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an updated model of the refrigerator that it replaced and I love it just as much, if not more! I didn't start out looking for the same refrigerator, but after checking the features, price, reviews, etc., it was a no brainer choice. Still has the great french doors with no divider that can handle the biggest pizza and the two freezer draws that mean no more frost-bitten hands digging to the bottom. The bottom of the drawer is almost on the top! The water & ice dispenser in the door is an improvement over my previous one; more intuitive. The only change I would like to see is a bigger ice bin. Iced tea season is almost here and that means lot's of iced drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator about 2 months now, long enough to have given it the convenience test. I am very happy with it. It is similar to my previous LG frig that was 12 years old when we replaced it because of a fairly minor failure with through the door water and ice features. I chose this one as a replacement because of the double drawer freezer, through the door water and ice, and its large capacity. I love the convenience of the deeper door storage than my old LG. The entire appliance is a bit deeper so it really holds a lot of food. So far I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our last LG, had it over 11 years. Purchased this new one. It let's me know if the door is left open, and I can raise or lower the temperature with my phone. Also the handles are well designed to access the draws.

Like the two door freezer instead of my previous refrigerator with a drawer in a door. Again more storage room and easier access. For the same footprint as my previous 25 cu. ft. It is so much bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the roomy refrigerator space and ample Freezer space too. It really helps to have a two drawer Freezer so that you can get to everything very easily. I should have researched the ice a little more. It's nice that it is a slim design but that also means it doesn't carry as much ice as the older horizontal Ice Makers. I could leave with this though as that does allow for more Refrigerator/Freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has almost all the features we want. With covid, we had little choice on refrigerators available. We got the french doors and in door ice/water we wanted. We saw that there was an ice basket in freezer, but didn't realize there is no ice maker there. This really doesn't produce nearly the amount of ice as past refrigerators, as the door holder is small. It also makes a very strange kind of vibrating coil sound a few times a day that is very loud. Thankfully it only lasts a few seconds at a time. Was told that this is 'normal' but not clear what it is doing when this happens. Wish that the door shelves were height adjustable and that the interior shelves were also more adjustable. Finding that we have had to adjust how we use the fridge, rather than having it adjust to us. We have heard from friends with same fridge that there is an issue with the doors in that after a time the door open chime continues to sound continuously even with doors closed and that this is a known problem with this model. They have removed the chime sound on/off option in controls and the only way to fix is to replace the entire door. We anxiously await this problem for ours.

I have had this refrigerator for roughly 3 years now. While there are a few things I wish it did a little better, for the most part it has been a good experience. The weakest aspect is the smart app is actually pretty dumb. This is a real shame given its price point. Smart functions were a big selling point for the premium price and they are borderline useless. It should at the bare minimum be able to do things like monitor the internal temp and give you mobile warnings if say the temp rises over a certain point or if the door is accidentally left open. I had an issue where the compressor completely failed and got absolutely nothing, not even from the diagnostics tool of any indication that something was wrong. At least when I contacted LG through the app for service, they were very quick to respond and sent someone to repair it right away. On the plus side, this does have some of the best space management of any fridge I have used, and I really like how it looks. The ice maker does get a little jammed up once in a while, but that seems par for the course across all brands. However the design of having it in the door makes it take up so much less space inside the fridge compared to others.
