[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago from last month and the ice maker started developing a water leak at about the time its one year warranty had expired. After inspecting where the leak was coming from, I saw that the ice tray had cracked underneath caused by the twisting motion when the ice is released into the bin. When the water refills, it drips into the bin causing the ice cubes to solidify on one side while most of water drips out onto the floor, too. The new ice maker is going to set me back about $150.... no labor cost because I will replace it myself thanks to a YouTube tutorial. Otherwise the refrigerator has been pretty reliable with regards to overall performance.

The efficient storage layout for ease of use such as organizing, and retrieving fresh as well as frozen foods is the best I have ever seen. The two door freezer option works extremely well for our needs, and does not sacrifice storage of fresh foods in the refrigerated section. I highly recommend this LG 28 cubic feet model for a standard size kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been about a week or two now and the fridge is quite and nice. I'm not a big fan the shelves not being able to switch sides. I'm used to having certain products in certain areas getting used to the switch. Have not been able to connect it to the wifi. Not a big deal to me there. I think it makes ice quickly. The filters seem pretty easy to change. I like and dislike the idea of having a fresh air filter to help keep smells out.

The repair person came quickly and took the time to make sure it was working and gave me a call a few days later to check and make sure everything was still OK. Great customer service.

Top drawer freezer is very effective in preventing us from bending over to get the frozen items we use very often. For us this is the main feature that made us to choose this model. Also, well designed fridge yielding lots of room for all different items. It is running so quiet, no noise at all - amazing. So far so Great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 weeks ago to replace an LG refrigerator that the compressor died after using for 10 years. Looks like the latest LG has upgraded the compressor. One thing that is not with the newer refrigerator is the ability to adjust the shelves inside the door...that was a pretty neat feature on the "older" refrigerator. Otherwise, this is a topnotch refrigerator.
