[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this frig delivered this month and it is a high quality product that is almost perfect. There are two improvements that should be made to make this considered a 'perfect' product. The first change would be to improve the water filter. It does not do a great job of filtering out the chlorine taste from the water. The second change would be to place the handles to open the fruits and vegetable crispers on the top of the drawer instead of the bottom of the drawer as this is a very awkward location where the handles currently are located.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t had it very long but I love it so far! It’s very big and roomy. And so pretty . Keeps cool and frozen things froze. It is just what I wanted. Purchased all new LG appliances and they are all great. Now , with that being said,I only have one complaint,the side is rippled. I am told it is the nature of the beast,so to speak. Our need to work on that !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just two weeks in and we’re very impressed. Quiet operation, flexible shelf configurations, makes ice really fast! A very attractive refrigerator. We like the Wi-Fi interface, too. It’s cool (no pun intended) to be able to see temperature settings, energy usage, even the number of times we open the doors on my phone.

The hardest part was programming, the paper work really don’t help sometimes, the first weeks some food wore getting bad and vegetables wore going bad too we never had this issues with other refrigerators, my daughter did contact tech support to help set up the right temperature and still I’m not happy with, one main thing to purchase this refrigerator was the water system honestly water needs a better filter I did expect more pure water besides that it’s something in the doors are not satisfied how it close , well that’s my opinion

This fridge has broken 3 times now in the 2.5 years that we’ve owned it. Every time we lose $200-$300 worth of groceries and have to live out of a cooler or go to the store daily for a week or two until it’s repaired. I would not buy a toaster from LG let alone another major appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had it for 5 months now. The water/ice still tastes Awful after many gallons of water run through. LG sent new filter. Not much better. Ice/water is useless and main reason we chose this particular model. Tired of the run around waiting to see what’s next. I do like the size and layout. Almost no fingerprints, which is a Huge improvement from last fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG model two weeks ago and I really like it. The design is classy and it looks great in my kitchen. The french doors and freezer drawers are solid. The interior has tons of space and is a smart design, no problem at all storing big holiday or dinner party platters. I was impressed by how it resists fingerprints. Overall excellent refrigerator, high quality. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator 2.5 years and love it - the French door design allows you to open one side independent of the other so that you don't "heat up" the fridge as fast when you're deciding what you want to eat. There are loads of drawers too ... handy for fresh veggies, lunch meat and long things like celery. Plus, I store open packages of rice and nuts in the fridge. The freezer has 2 drawers with dividers do that you can organize - meat, fish, veggies and snacks. The only downfall is the condenser that went out this month. Repair service was wonderful and got us up and running and enjoying the fridge again. Customer service was A++! So even through the condenser failing, LG was supportive and on our side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reviewing many refrigerators I chose this one. I’ve had it about 3 weeks and have been quite pleased. The space is wonderful. The only Concern is that the ice production has less storage. Nontheless I am very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my new refrigerator 07/07/2019, I also purchased an LG microwave at the same time.. I still have not got to use the fridge, it does not work. I have no means to return it to the store. Thinking, it is under warranty, LG will have no issue fixing it. Still waiting for a tech to call me to confirm an appointment for any repair.
