I bought this fridge a month ago and for now it looks great, no issues at all with temp or ice. I like the openness of the refrigerator section and the design of the shelves. The feature of ice in the door was very important for me. The only thing I am having to get used to is that I cannot stand long items in the freezer ( I am used to a side by side refrigerators) , they will fall unless squeezed in-between items. Other than this, I like the two separate freezer doors, because you can compartmentalize items this way. I do not use the wifi setting of the fridge, so I wish there was an option without it.

I like the warning sound that tells you that one of the doors is left open. I also like that it has WiFi connectivity. Mine has 2 freezer draws and I wish they both had a light in them. Current only one has a light. It wasn't a deal breaker but would have been nice.

I contacted LG and I had to get a technician to come out and replace parts. Did not expect this from a newer refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this about a month and it has been great. It seems very well made with nice features. And it is a pretty appliance. We were unsure about having a 2 drawer freezer, but we actually love it.

I have had this refrigerator for several years. Unfortunately, it did not last and was replaced by LG. I was able to buy any replacement refrigerator I wanted, and I chose to buy the LMXS28626S again because the reviews, Consumer reports reviews, features, and price. The ice maker is in the door and frees up valuable space. Adjustable shelves(would like to have had one more hole in the panel to move the shelves) Adjustable shelf for tall items, you can open the drawers with only one door open, even the deli drawer can open a couple inches to squeeze something small in or out. Deep door shelves on right. Freezer drawer(could not find too many regular sized refrigerators with a 0° drawer) makes for easy access frequently used items. After the fact, we realized there was a slight noise with the first unit that is not present with the replacement unit. I bought the extended warranty and would recommend everyone buy it for all appliances that are being made currently.(have had to use warranty on several items) Check for frost around the drawers and keep a thermometer inside the freezer and fridge compartments. This is my 3rd LG refrigerator in this style. The freezer drawer, a slim ice bin in the door, and deli drawer were the best in this style refrigerator. Would recommend the LMXS even if ours did not last as long as we would have liked. Enjoy all the room inside.

The two drawer freezer compartment is wonderful and keeps everything separated and organized. I gave it one less star because the delivers dented it when they brought it and we are still waiting for a new replacement door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about 4 years - I use it for a lot of my longer term storage of food, like wines and bottled water. The two freezer drawers are nice and big and very useful. This is what I really like. I don't have water connected to it, but again, it's the way I use it. I did have a recent warranty issue with the compressor and after working through the process, it got repaired and works like great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the old refrigerator finally stopped working, we searched until we found with: plenty of room, an open design to make it easy to put items in and easy to see what was on the shelves, the freezer on the bottom in pull out draws, has a filtered water, is energy efficient, attractive - and fit the space in the kitchen! We love our new LG refrigerator!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for a couple weeks, it seems quiet and keeps everything cold. It’s not the fridge I really wanted, but after waiting 5 months I decided to try the LG instead of waiting and waiting. I wish this had a separate pad for ice and water, half the time I do look and end up getting the one I didn’t want. The water comes out nice and strong so no waiting. The fridge I was waiting on had a metered dispenser, so if I need exactly 3/4 cup of water, that is what I got. I could also leave a large cup and get 2 cups of h2o without having to stand there. This fridge does have lots of room! The folding/sliding half shelf is great for tall wine bottles. The deli shelves have hidden handle on the bottom but I keep grabbing the white top, more retraining for me. The deli draws and big deli platter drawer seem a bit flimsy, I’m always worried I am going to break it. The freezer is nice with 2 drawers, makes it easy to find things.
