[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a couple of months ago. It's so quiet compared to my old machine and leaves the glasses sparkling. For my use, the racks could be more flexible. They are great if you use tons of saucers, flat bowls, and plates, not so great when you have large size pans, blows, pots. There are two rows (one upper and one lower) that fold down, but an extra row on each level would be helpful and add flexibility. Otherwise, I love it and am happy with the purchase.

Sometimes I open just one of the refrig. doors and sometimes I have to open them both, and I'm learning.

It was repaired under warranty and is now just fine except the ice maker keeps hanging up, the ice sticks together, It did that before the repair as well

Bought this refrig about a month ago. Great refrig. Plenty of room in the top and freezers also. My previous french door refrig had the automatic ice maker in top of frige which took up a lot of space. So much more room with the ice maker in the door. Makes plenty of ice. The water/ice despenser works great but the water,crush and reg ice icons are small and hard to see. Does have a blue light when choice is made but still hard to see which one. Not a big problem. Refrig and top freezer drawer have plenty of light. Bottom freezer does not have lights but I see everything fine. Everything works as should. Delivery guys were excellent! Awesome refrigerator. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first LG product I have ever bought. I smile every time I open the doors of the refrigerator section. Your ice maker is the best design I have ever had. It takes almost no refrigerator space and it never runs out of ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this refrigerator for less than 2 weeks & I have several issues with the interior design. Why are the friut & vegatable bins so wide, to access one bin you must open both doors. To access the meat & deli draw you must also open both doors. This defeats the purpose of having two door. Another issue is the doors. The door on the right which is the lighter door has an almost slowing action just before it closes. The left door which is the heaver of the two,slams shut causing the right door to open & sometimes does not close. This heavy door should have a better closing action.

First repair was 2 years after purchase. Compressor failed. 2 years later a refrigerant leak happened. 2 different repair techs. tried to repair and the 2nd. ruled the unit non repairable. Was without a refrigerator for approximately 3 weeks for the unit to be finally declared non repairable. LG service will try to pay off a replacement unit cost as low as they can. We bought a new unit after their settlement was approximately 70% below replacement cost and that was the highest they would go.
