[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love this refrigerator. I like the features like the clean air filter and the notifications when the doors are left open. We have small kids so we love this feature. The fact that it connect to our phones and keeps track of data like the times a door was open is a bonus. The refrigerator area is huge. The freezer is big enough so you can keep things handy. It is not big enough or hard to acces so the possibility of loosing things or finding misters zip log bags years later are non existing. It is very quiet and I like then energy saving pre settings. The only that I am concerned about is the sliding latch on the left door that has a magnet to keep the right door shut. Also I do not like that both doors must be open to access the deli tray. Two trays vs a very long single tray would have not been a bad idea. Overall we love the refrigerator and hope to enjoy it for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has great features and is very well spaced and set up. We’ve had to have it services twice in the first two and a half years of use. Noisy fan that was covered in ice (twice) and are currently trying to get it repaired again bc the Fridge portion is not keeping items cold. We’ve had issues with another LG fridge at another house and will not be buying LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago from last month and the ice maker started developing a water leak at about the time its one year warranty had expired. After inspecting where the leak was coming from, I saw that the ice tray had cracked underneath caused by the twisting motion when the ice is released into the bin. When the water refills, it drips into the bin causing the ice cubes to solidify on one side while most of water drips out onto the floor, too. The new ice maker is going to set me back about $150.... no labor cost because I will replace it myself thanks to a YouTube tutorial. Otherwise the refrigerator has been pretty reliable with regards to overall performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frig has more room then I needed but couldn't pass up on the price. It got cold rather quick and run very quite ice maker maybe smaller but it makes it rather quick and the extra bin for ice makes it nice.

It did take a little while to get used to the ice dispenser. At first I was making a mess with ice falling everywhere but now that I am used to it it’s not a problem. I also love the two freezer drawers!!!! Never have to dig for anything again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and overall am happy with it. However I see a couple of issues after using it for a bit. I think the large freezer compartment should have a light inside and I’m not sure how well the ice maker functions. I thought I liked it but last night went to fill a glass with ice and it was empty. When I opened the ice compartment, I found that two large chunks of ice cubes that had melted together were stuck to either side of the top of the ice maker bin and that somehow caused the ice maker to think it was full when it wasn’t. It seems it’s a design flaw that I will constantly have to monitor. Also the handle for the ice maker door is rather flimsy and you have to put a lot of downward pressure on it to open, so I can see that breaking over time. Otherwise, I like the layout of the refrigerator compartment, especially the sliding shelf and the large door bins and the unit is very attractive. My last refrigerator was an LG and I had to replace the ice maker twice so I Hope this is not an indication of things to come.

I had something too tall for the side shelves and this worked perfectly. Having 2 drawers for the freezer is a great idea. So easy to find what I want instead of digging through and having the freezer opened when I do.

My wife and I really like the black stainless steel look and the two drawer freezer. This one seems to really keep things colder with less effort. I do miss the convenience of the door in a door but other than that, I like this on way better.

Less than a year old the temp started warming in the fridge part. Freezer ok. It was covered under the factory warranty and repaired. Makes me worried about the near future of the unit.
