[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the roomy refrigerator space and ample Freezer space too. It really helps to have a two drawer Freezer so that you can get to everything very easily. I should have researched the ice a little more. It's nice that it is a slim design but that also means it doesn't carry as much ice as the older horizontal Ice Makers. I could leave with this though as that does allow for more Refrigerator/Freezer space.

I tried calling for help and is all I got was a chat which is a joke. I still have the same problem that I called about . I would like a solution for the problem .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek design, very quiet and smudge proof exterior. Plenty of room inside fridge, with ice maker on door. I also like the half shelf to allow taller items. I find the 2 freezer drawers makes it easier and faster to find what I'm looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 5 months. It started making a loud grinding noise after 2 months, which doesn't make us very happy. I had to have a service guy out here yesterday to see if something is wrong with it. I also had an LG washer and dryer that were lemons and had to get a full refund. In general, I think LG appliances suck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model because I wanted a large refrigerator with easy to reach and open 2-drawer freezer. I love the ease of accessing all items in the refrigerator and the light weight of the two drawers for the freezer definitely takes the strain off my back. Also the ice maker is small and doesn't take up a lot of room on the door. This model gave me just what I wanted! I love my LG! Note - the Wi-fi set up doesn't work as described in paperwork. We are still without the wi-fi capability.

This is a solid unit however has features like WiFi and not sure we will use. Also two draw freezer seems smaller than the one big freezer drawer we had previously. Otherwise we like it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of a 28 cu ft. LG French door unit we bought 5 years ago. The second compressor died and a warranty repair wasn't possible because the first replacement resulted in some copper lines being too short for another repair. $2500 refrigerator lasted 5 years. The old unit had two icemakers, but the new one just has one. I hope it wasn't a mistake buying another LG. Keeping our fingers crossed.

Then reluctantly scheduled a repair....scheduled on Monday it’s Sunday and repairman still hasn’t shown up yet. Very disappointed in the service I received. Very disappointed with how this has not been resolved. I was told LG was a great brand.
