I bought this refrigerator few weeks ago. When the fridge was delivered there was a small dent on the right door. Otherwise the fridge was working great and has awesome features as expected. The LG customer service team was efficient and the entire parts replacement process was smooth and done professionally on a timely manner. Really happy with the service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love almost everything about the fridge except floral the ice cube maker which wirks ok most of the time but the cubes often miss the glass and cubes or pieces of cubes fall all over the floor. And the ice freezes ito a block frequently in the receptacle requiring removal of the bin to break up the cubes. also be aware that the water filter and air filter require six month changing. The filters are not cheap. But the fridge itself is very nice. We enjoy the two drawer freezer. Also the manual was not available on line. I was able to obtain one from customer service.

But if thats tbe only prob im fine! Love the space and room on door that most other fridges dont have as well as the 2 door freezer!

The ice maker is inside the door so there is even more space inside. The two drawer bottom freezer is very roomy. Water and ice door dispenser works very nicely. All the extra features are the bomb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator was delivered about 2 weeks ago. It is everything I hoped it would be, as it was bought online, sight unseen. It is large with plenty of room, perfect for a family. The freezer is the bottom two drawers which makes it easy to organize your food.

Only had the refrigerator for about a month. My initial impression is very favorable. It's quiet. The ice-maker design being fully incorporated into the door is clever and does not impinge on shelf space. Temperatures for refrigerator and freezer are accurate and distributed evenly throughout the unit. Time will tell if the unit is reliable and I'm hoping it is.

I was in need of a new one too and after much research and reading many reviews about different brands I also purchased a LG refrigerator. The ice maker in the door allows for so much more room in the actual refrigerator. I love that I can rearrange the shelf configuration to meet my personal needs. I am very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a new purchase when we moved into our new house. We really love the size and the layout. Big enough for our family of four. We got stainless color and it stays clean. Even with the kids and dogs!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are satisfied with the purchase. We recently moved and left a fridge we really loved. We thought a new model WiFi enabled fridge would have more user friendly interface but it did not. The we really like the space inside the fridge and freezer. It is well laid out and the ice machine in the door saves so much room. The 2 drawer freezer is also much better than the single drawer we had on our previous fridge. The interlocking doors on the fridge work really well and so do the freezer doors. They seal really well and the movement is smooth. It is annoying that you need to open both doors to get the largest draw open. It would also have been nice to have a pull out shelf. The drop down shelf is always stuck so we never use it. For a smart fridge it is really pretty dumb. You can’t set a fill amount for a cup or pot for the water dispenser. It is really hard to change setting on the fridge with the limited number of buttons and the app is not intuitive or easily to uses. My wife is tech savvy and has had to ask me to change the temp on the fridge because she could not do it on the front panel or on her phone. Overall it is a well put together fridge. That works well. It is not very smart but it addresses a lot of issues we had with our old fridge but missed the mark on several items they did really well.
