[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two months ago. The first item that we loved about this refrigerator was the sleek exterior looks. After opening it up and checking out the interior we found the storage areas and racks to be very user friendly. The interior lighting was great but not overbearing, easy on the eyes. The control panel was easy to figure out as well as easy to use. All settings are easy to make. the ice maker works well but it does not have an overflow to the ice tray below. We manually take the ice cube container out to put it in the drawer area so we have plenty on hand. The water and ice dispenser work well just wish there was a little bit more of a lip on the try area to catch any spills. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.

It is now February 14th and I am still without a refrigerator. First we had to wait for parts now the repairman. Never again will I buy LG brand of anything.

We did experience one problem with the cooling system that was totally repaired by LG, even though we were out of the regular warranty.

Also, the cooling fan went out just after 2 years. Again, not something I would expect from a 2 year old appliance

I love my fridge but after 5 years the compressor gave out. After 2 weeks of toing and froing with the company I finally got it replaced. It’s back to its back being cold and like new. Just wish I hadn’t had to go through the 2 weeks without a fridge or freezer as I lost everything n

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator, the icemaker could be bigger, after owning just over 3 years the freezer may be starting to give us a problem, it will not get colder than 8 degrees witch maybe causing ice maker problems.

The water from this refrigerator is cold enough but the taste is not improved by the filter. After running at least 4 gallons through the lines, water still has a moldy/plastic taste. I will change the filter to see if that helps. The refrigerator also arrived with a dent in the top freezer drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG French door refrigerator with the double freezer in the lower half. This is the most quietest refrigerator we ever had. It has plenty of room and with the clear glass shelves you can find things easier. Glad we got it.

Very nice to have an appliance in the kitchen that has eye appeal as well as superior function. Wonder if the fact that we have three LG TVs had anything to do with our decision to continue the brand in our kitchen? Hmmmmmm
