[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] only had this a couple of weeks so can't address reliability yet....we are pleased with it so far however with a few petty caveats the good: nice looking, easy shelves to clean, thoughtful shelf placement, lots of room.....seals on doors and drawers close tightly and are a pleasure to operate....haven't experienced any of the noise complaints.....icemaker may be a bit loud but it's not a problem nor have we experienced any excessive noise with the compressor turning on. minor things that could be different: don't like having to push button twice to change from ice to water or vice versa (first button push only displays temp. settings) wife doesn't like smaller size ice cubes (they melt faster in liquid) and less storage...but that's the trade off for more fridge space and hardly a deal breaker in my opinion....we're pretty happy with it....no let's see how it holds up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy overall with the refrigerator, however I feel there are a few design flaws. Both doors must be opened to gain access to the deli drawer. It should be split into two drawers. Also, in order to open the veggie drawer on the right, both doors have to be opened. Should have designed the left drawer a little larger and the right one a little smaller in order for easier access.

We inherited a LG refrigerator at our other home so when it came time to replace the one at our 2nd home we chose a newer model. Key features include: ice maker built into the door (saving space) + love the small cubes. Also, 2 bottom freezer drawers hold more than our previous side freezer (same capacity). The main compartment has lots of feature/shelf customization choices - perfectly allowing us to configure the unit to our usage pattern. Finally, the wifi connectivity will alert you if someone leaves the door open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for 3.5 and it has worked very good, just recently the compressor failed, Lg handled the service, the repairs were made in a timely manner and the serviceman was professional and in formative, LG-stands behind their products!

This "extra" freezer drawer is amazing as all of my grandchildren know exactly where to go to find their popsicles, ice cream, or frozen yogurt bars. It's Fantastic!! If they leave the drawer open it sounds a warning and tells on them. Great feature. All in all I would recommend this particular appliance to ANY household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very quiet and attractive fridge. The refrigerator section is very spacious, however the fruit and veggie drawers are small, not very deep. It would be nice if there was a light in the back of the fridge, it gets dark once you fill it. A butter shelf with a cover would also be nice on the door or an option to order one. The ice maker is small and clumps up in the upper right corner so I have to open it up to break it up. Not sure how to stop that from happening. Seems if I'm using ice daily, it keeps moving better but I don't use ice everyday. I like the two freezer drawers but there is no light in bottom drawer. Some of this is just my preference but so far for the 3 months that I've had the fridge it's a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some things I love about my new refrigerator: It is configured well. The ice maker does not intrude on any interior space.The shelves on the right door are deep and hold a lot. There is flexibility in how you might want to set up the shelves. It has a deep well where you get the in-door water. I can fill my coffee carafe, and it fits right in there, and I can rest it on the bottom of the well. It's beautiful! I love the two freezer drawers. I keep meat in the bottom one, and veggies and ice cream in the top one. It saves me money when I only have to open PART of the freezer. It's perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really nice refrigerator but, it drips water from the water dispenser. It's not supposed to do that. I guess I will have to get someone to repair it? One thing that really bothers me is that there is no light in the dispenser that stays on. For the price of this is just stupid.
