[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it 6 months and it has served us well. A huge amount of space that isn’t taken up by an ice maker; it’s part of the door. I decided I wanted that feature when I first saw one in a store. When my other fridge quit, I went looking for a replacement with that ice maker.

Couple little things though; The light inside sometimes does not come on, but short while later does. Thought it was possibly during often or extended door opening and closing. Had frost build in one of freezer drawers. Noticed that seal was not touching in that area. Fiddled with drawer and have peaked at it often since and seems to be sealing properly now. Early on had a noise like fan or something like that spinning and dinging off something. Could make noise worse or disappear by pulling or pushing on upper front of fridge. Have not heard it in week or two now. Leveled fridge during the time this noise was coming and going.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my fridge a approx. six months ago and love it. I love the quality as well as the non finger print finish. Soap and water and the fridge looks great. Only thing is around all the handles the finish as already begun to wear off and makes the fridge look old and worn. I had called as soon as I saw this and LG ordered all new doors, they are being replaced tomorrow so I am looking forward to having them look good again.

I love my new refrigerator! I can reach everything easily including two freezer drawers that pull out. The in-door water and ice both cubes and crushed fill a glass quickly. The large door sections hold milk and other tall things and I don't have to reach up to a high shelf to lift these things out above my head. The deli section has a convenient pull-out drawer that makes things easy to see.

Contacted OEM and they sent out specialty service as it uses cyclopentane freon and very few people repair thes. Repair company was awesome. Unit is up and going now. request for grocery reimbursement was denied.

I love my new French door refrigerator. Lots of space on the doors and shelf’s. The fruit and vegetable drawers are spacious and have been keeping them fresh longer than my old refrigerator. Love the two freezer drawers. I use the top one for things I use often. Glad I chose LG to keep my food fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of ice. No fingerprints. Spacious. Quiet... not sure what was going on for other customers. Ours sits on wood flooring and is nearly silent. Bottom drawer has no light... weird. Freezer drawers don't like to stay out without holding on to them. Lighting in back could be better. Those are just small things. Happy that we purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my frige for two years and the fridge failed. They were unsuccessful in getting a tech out to me. They said they would refund me. I have been waiting for a refund for two years, now it's time for attorneys to get envolved.

My fridge is only 3 years and the compressor is out. No wonder the class lawsuit in progress… how can a company promise that their compressor would last at least 12 years if not 20, when it can’t last even 3? Linear compressor architecture… on top of all bad engineering. Very, very dissaponting
