The compressor needs to be replaced. And I think the sealing ? Needs to be replaced. The problem is being worked on but it has been a couple weeks. It looks like about another week still...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a month so far and its been flawless. It looks amazing and works great. Big enough to fit about almost anything and I love the double freezer compartments. The features are great and the hidden ice cube compartment is really nice. Did I mention it comes with wifi? well it does and you can check how the fridge is behaving on your phone. Adjust temperatures and make a grocery list of things you need.

When I was researching refrigerators, LG had a huge number of models that were highly rated, so I went to the store thinking "maybe." After looking at a few dozen models and many brands, I went to the salesperson with my selection and he said it was a good choice and LG was a great brand. After getting the refrigerator installed, and using it several weeks, I have to say I'm impressed with how spacious it is, how well the space is planned for storage, and how easy it is to keep clean! I also LOVE the two pullout freezer drawers. I can see what's in there and food doesn't get lost ! Happy I decided on LG!!

I love the refridgerator there is lots of room in the top and also in the two freezer drawers. The only thing that can be improved on is to put a light in the bottom drawer since there is not one there and for the freezer drawers to stay open when you have them open instead of closing on you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement from a 9 year old LFX31925ST because the compressor went out and to $$ to fix. This is my 3rd LG refrigerator and I feel like it is made cheaper than other LGs. The bins are very cheap plastic, not heavy duty, very thin. You have to really push doors to make sure they shut. I hate that the freezer doors will not stay open they slide back when you open them and when you are trying to put something in the freezer you have to keep trying to open it back up. It does work so there is that. I do feel like LG has reduced the quality since I started buying their products.

I purchased 3 weeks ago and the water still tastes like plastic. I read on line reviews about tightening the water filter one more turn...waiting to see if the problem is solved like everyone says on line. I would encourage you tell your installers this is a problem. Also, my door does not automatically shut...I have to push it shut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is a nice fridge keeps things cold. the only problem on the ice maker door on the front of the fridge when the compressor comes on there is a noise that sounds like something in the fridge is vibrating every time the compressor comes on. i removed everything from the door but it is still there. if you touchthe door it goes away then comes back. it does have plrenty of room except for tall things like milk and 2 liters not many places to put it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG refrigerator now for over two months and really like it. We have no issues with it at all. We like how easy it is to organize. We can see everything at once and nothing gets hidden. Lighting is super. Also we are very happy with the slate black exterior. Overall a very good product so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a very similar 5.5 year old model that was in the home we bought 1.5 yrs ago. Absolutely loved it! Until the day I got up and it had died. Extremely difficult to find anyone that can work on these. The 10 year warranty was not transferable. I looked at many models, and still didn't prefer the options away from LG. We tried one, the ice and water sprayed everywhere. We made the decision to go back to the LG. It is a beautiful refrigerator with great features and space. I do have concerns about it's longevity. The last new model I bought I had for over 25 years. I wish I could be optimistic about this one lasting that long. We will see.
