[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this refrigerator, and it has not disappointed us. The black stainless steel is nice to look it, and it does not get smudged by finger or handprints (which is great because we have a 3 and a 5 year old). The interior is also huge! It stores all of our food, plus much more! I do not have to stack things or hide them in the nooks and crannies.

Bought the appliance 5 months ago and I will list the things I like. The adjustable shelves for the large items, and the door capacity for milk and other large items, plenty of room. Food stays so much fresher and lasts longer. The only thing that is a problem is the ice maker, the small storage and have had to have it replaced already. It is the worst part of the fridge. I still would have purchased this product with this in mind. Get the extended warranty for the ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have already had 2 issues with it within the first 5 years of ownership (1st with water disperser, then the compressor completely failing). Craftsmanship/quality is poor, and only a lawsuit made the faulty compressor replacement free (even though covered repairs were a hassle/complicated to set up, and took forever, leaving us without a fridge for multiple weeks).

Refrigerator is 2 months old and waiting for the fourth time the Repair tech is coming to try to fix the issue. It appears that this product is a lemon and should be replaced, but we have to jump through hoops To get all the repair appointments and lost food which is unacceptable

My husband and l purchased this fridge 4 years ago. Love the style of the freezers on the bottom and all the functions, especially the smug resistance stainless steel. Wipe with a microfiber cloth and shines like new. However the compressor failed after only four years. Yes it was under warranty which LG covered with relative ease….but loosing all that food and not having a fridge for more than a week was expensive. We tried and failed to keep it cool with ice …but in the end most of what we had needed to be tossed. And eating out because of fear also was expensive. They did kindly give us 150 for the groceries but we spent a lot more refilling. We miss the old days when a fridge or any appliance for that matter would last! Spending that kind of money is an investment.

The refrigerator was purchased just over a month ago. Very happy with the spaciousness of the unit. Set up went well. The exterior color, Black Stainless Steel, matches the existing appliances well. I am not impressed with the ice maker and hope it functions well for a long time.

I have only had it a week and a half but so far I am liking it. With the ice maker in the door it leaves a lot more space in the refrigerator than the previous one that had the ice maker in the upper corner of the refrigerator. I also like the tall glass feature on the exterior ice and water, and the extra drawer for the freezer. It allows me to put the more frequently used frozen items in the smaller drawer to I don't expose all the frozen items every time I open the freezer.

This replaced an LG refrigerator that was damaged during a storm. I basically bought the same unit but with two freezer drawers instead of one. Having trouble with this unit with the freezer drawers icing excessively along the tracks, as well as condensation in the ice maker. Hopefully the issues get resolved soon so I can love this one as much as it’s predecessor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 17 year old refrigerator gave out on us and my wife wanted to go with a four door french model. She likes the capacity and the color, but is not interested in the wi-fi function. Haven't had it very long, but it is working excellently. Hopefully it will last for many years. The only thing somewhat negative is that the open door alarm is not very loud.

Are former set of a refrigerator only and freezer only pair of 16 cubic feet stainless steel had been our go to for the last 14 years but we thought we needed new, more efficient technology, and not as much space. We are just learning all the bells and whistles of the new LG and are looking forward to many years of service
