[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a problem to begin with. I think the refrigerator is wider in the middle than at the top or bottom. I had to do a lot of sanding to make it fit. I'm still not sure it is level, or how to level it. I love the French doors and the two drawer freezer. I love the water and ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought his fridge 7 months ago. The shelves on the doors can hold all my condiments and more. The overall design maximizes the useable space inside. Lighting make is bright and easy to see everything inside.

So far, my wife and I like the spacious top spaces, smooth doors, freezer drawers, and other fancy features (air refresher, ...). We give 4 stars because of the two down-sides. One is that the freezer space is a bit small (maybe even smaller than our old refrigerator). The other one is that the water dispenses quite slow so that it takes a while to get a full bottle of water. This can be frustrating particularly when you want to use the water for cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge back in November of '20, and have had to have a repair tech look at it twice. The freezer doesn't work correctly, and maintains a max low temp of 20 degrees. The first tech said it is running correctly, so I can't fault him, but he is supposed to be an LG certified tech. Hopefully the second one figures out what's wrong with it. At least the warranty has been good on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the fresh produce drawers. It is nice that the sliders for fruits or veggies stay put. The big shelves on the right door are great, I can put 4 half gallons in them and still have room! Over all it is very thoughtfully designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG French Door refrigerator! However, we are a little dismayed to find out the 'Smart' function doesn't operate on a 5ghz wifi system, only 2.4. We don't have the option to switch to 2.4ghz, so we can't access the smart functions.

Have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and I am very pleased. I love the freezer drawers instead of shelves. I can’t believe how much difference that detail makes! This fridge is very roomy so I can keep it organized. I can’t believe the difference a French door makes but I wish I had bought it sooner. The only thing I’m having to get used to is having somewhat less ice. Having ice maker completely in the door makes the ice bin a little smaller than I have been used to. It’s minor but I thought I would mention. Overall I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to return a different manufacturer’s fridge because of an electrical issue. Your fridge was less expensive, draws less power, and has more room inside because of the ice maker space saving design. Couldn’t be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this frig delivered this month and it is a high quality product that is almost perfect. There are two improvements that should be made to make this considered a 'perfect' product. The first change would be to improve the water filter. It does not do a great job of filtering out the chlorine taste from the water. The second change would be to place the handles to open the fruits and vegetable crispers on the top of the drawer instead of the bottom of the drawer as this is a very awkward location where the handles currently are located.
