Bought the appliance 5 months ago and I will list the things I like. The adjustable shelves for the large items, and the door capacity for milk and other large items, plenty of room. Food stays so much fresher and lasts longer. The only thing that is a problem is the ice maker, the small storage and have had to have it replaced already. It is the worst part of the fridge. I still would have purchased this product with this in mind. Get the extended warranty for the ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this refrigerator for 3 weeks but if other LG products that I own are any indicator of reliability then I will be very satisfied.Sometimes I have to listen real closely to hear the compressor running.It is safe to say that I will be happy with this refrigerator.The only thing I don't like is the capacity of ice maker in door.We have a storage bin in freezer for extra ice,but that is a small issue for such a nice refrigerator.

My husband and l purchased this fridge 4 years ago. Love the style of the freezers on the bottom and all the functions, especially the smug resistance stainless steel. Wipe with a microfiber cloth and shines like new. However the compressor failed after only four years. Yes it was under warranty which LG covered with relative ease….but loosing all that food and not having a fridge for more than a week was expensive. We tried and failed to keep it cool with ice …but in the end most of what we had needed to be tossed. And eating out because of fear also was expensive. They did kindly give us 150 for the groceries but we spent a lot more refilling. We miss the old days when a fridge or any appliance for that matter would last! Spending that kind of money is an investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator works well and love the double door freezer. Door controls need some work. You have to press twice when switching between water and ice. Ice being dispensed tends to spray and splatter on the floor. No butter storage compartment

It keeps food so much fresher for so much longer than any other fridge I have ever owned!!! It has different features for multiple separate areas of the fridge for moisture and temperature adjustments. I highly recommend this product!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new refrigerator is really great and has all of the features we were looking for. The only comment we would make is that in order to open the "Glide N' Serve Drawer" both french door must be opened. However, that is a minor detail.

The French door combo with the bottom freezers act as a 2-in-1 with a mini deep freezer section. Very happy with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is a nice fridge keeps things cold. the only problem on the ice maker door on the front of the fridge when the compressor comes on there is a noise that sounds like something in the fridge is vibrating every time the compressor comes on. i removed everything from the door but it is still there. if you touchthe door it goes away then comes back. it does have plrenty of room except for tall things like milk and 2 liters not many places to put it.
