Like the two door freezer instead of my previous refrigerator with a drawer in a door. Again more storage room and easier access. For the same footprint as my previous 25 cu. ft. It is so much bigger.

Some of the bad would be shelving does not have adjustable shelving like our old refrigerator and the ice maker is very limited in ice making make sure you have extra before any gathering.

Will try once again when I have time. A lot of my problems stem from extremely slow internet service. A problem when living in rural America.

Was disappointed to find that there was no bottom freezer ice maker. Probably our bad for not researching enough, but at the list price I would’ve thought there was one. For installation, pulls on lower drawers are difficult to install. Hard to get the hex wrench into that small of a hole when you can’t see it!

I bought mine over 4 years ago! We had to compressor go out in it. The. Black stainless steel is peeling off and it has taken LG over 3 weeks to get anything done. They lied several times about a part being ordered and refused to give me a part of order number. When actually it was never ordered!

But no before two years were up the condenser went out and had to wait on service people. Less than two years again the condenser went out having to wait a month before there even coming to look at it. If I didn't need a refrigerator I wouldn't have bought one.

Our new fridge was delivered about 2 weeks ago. We love the extra space it is providing us and the convenience provided with 2 freezer drawers. The only issue we have had is that the water dispenser sometimes drips. But is seems to be dripping less often as it gets used.

The only reason it gets 4 stars is the left side door if you have glass bottles on that side in the bins the door slams and knocks it all over the place. If there could be a “no slam” style hinges to close the doors it would put LG over the top as the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love almost everything about the fridge except floral the ice cube maker which wirks ok most of the time but the cubes often miss the glass and cubes or pieces of cubes fall all over the floor. And the ice freezes ito a block frequently in the receptacle requiring removal of the bin to break up the cubes. also be aware that the water filter and air filter require six month changing. The filters are not cheap. But the fridge itself is very nice. We enjoy the two drawer freezer. Also the manual was not available on line. I was able to obtain one from customer service.
