[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our last LG, had it over 11 years. Purchased this new one. It let's me know if the door is left open, and I can raise or lower the temperature with my phone. Also the handles are well designed to access the draws.

We purchased this to replace another refrigerator that lasted less than 6 years, even though it was expensive. Very happy with the LG. Everything works as expected. The thinQ feature is an unexpected bonus. Plenty of room for the food that we commonly use. It maintains its temperature! Ice maker/dispenser works flawlessly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so disappointed and devastated. My LG refrigerator is only 3 years old and it stopped cooling twice. All my food was spoiled and I threw it out in the garage. They fixed twice so far right now.

I bought this in 2018 its been an a great investment. it finally gave out in November 24, 2022.Very disappointed with the extended warranty (Allstate). It broke down during thanksgiving and we are now in a new year (1/13/23)and it has not been fix. We have no working refrigerator and still no time set of when they will come and fix it or replace it. Very disappointed.

It looks nice, but food often freezes in the refrigerator. Repair man came, looked it over and said everything is working normally. He said that we did not have enough in the refrigerator so we placed bottled water and other food items in it. Very little if any improvement.

It’s much easier to keep organized, I don’t lose things at the bottom and it’s nice to separate the ice from the meat. Initially I did not want refrigerator this big because there are only 2 of us, but I’m happy we decided to go for it. The positives are that I’m able to keep it well organized, nothing is hidden and rotting in the back and I love the cheese drawer at the bottom. A couple negatives - one personal the other something that should be fixed. The water tasted terrible, just awful. We ended up researching and found out that the water line has plastic in it. We purchased another line and it’s great now. The other con for me is the door shelving - it’s very narrow on the left door and not much fits - we put small bottles and cans there. Overall though, I highly recommend this refridgerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the reasons I chose this fridge is because of the ice maker placement. I didn’t like the ones that had the ice maker in the top left corner inside - it took up so much space. The way this one is placed in the door is efficient, and doesn’t take any space away from the interior. There are still shelves on the door in front of the ice maker, they are just more shallow than the other side. Perfect for keeping that can of whipped cream, bottle of chocolate syrup, coffee creamer, etc... Those things are conveniently located and easy to grab. I also love the split freezer drawers. We use the top one for our ice cream and dessert drawer, and the bottom for “real” food (veggies, chicken, etc. And the interior drawers slide really nice, and the exterior doors close really smoothly. Very happy with the layout and our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG French door with the two freezer segments is versatile in its capabilities. A fridge, freezer, ice maker and water dispenser with filtration all in one. It has a very modular and removable parts that make for easy cleaning and maintenance. The water filter is in an awkward position and can make for an interesting experience when you need to change the filter. It does a great job of keep items cool in the fridge and frozen in the freezer. It probably will be the only fridge/ freezer solution needed in most homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and love it more I expected to. Love the black stainless finish. Love the four door model. I had the freezer on the bottom before a liked it but like the options now with the four doors. The low profile ice maker does have a limited ice storage but I just dump it into the bin in the top freezer drawer and I’m ready to host a party.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the full extension two bottom drawers. And, the ice maker works great. The only minor negative is that the selector buttons for cubed/water/crushed ice are a little difficult to press.
