[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my side by side counter depth refrigerator with this wonderful stainless model. So roomy..Love the two freezer drawers. So handy to have items I need often right there without exposing the whole freezer. The drawers in the refrigeration unit are perfect and easily accessible. Plus - now I don't dread holidays because I have room for big items, trays, turkeys, or hams!! And....it really doesn't show fingerprints and it is quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator a couple of months back and I love it. Of course like every thing there are a few things I'm not completely happy with. I love the Ice maker in the door for it frees up so much room in the frig. but the Ice cubes are far too small. I also don't like the top freezer door auto closure. When I'm trying to take something out and not ready to close the draw it shuts on me. The inside of the frig is great and roomy. Couldn't ask for more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator about 2 months now, long enough to have given it the convenience test. I am very happy with it. It is similar to my previous LG frig that was 12 years old when we replaced it because of a fairly minor failure with through the door water and ice features. I chose this one as a replacement because of the double drawer freezer, through the door water and ice, and its large capacity. I love the convenience of the deeper door storage than my old LG. The entire appliance is a bit deeper so it really holds a lot of food. So far I love it.

It makes it much easier to organize our food and find what we're looking for. I also love that the ice maker is built into the door therefore not taking up a lot of room in the refrigerator. It would be nice if it were a little bigger though. I've read other comments about the noise level but I honestly don't think it's loud at all. One con about it, however, is that the water dispenser is a little on the slow side and the water also does not come out very cold. Overall, though, it's a great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent refrigerator and I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ice maker. We have 4 adults living in the house and we run out of ice often. My wife loves her yeti full of ice so she uses a lot. If you don’t need or use much ice this would be an awesome refrigerator. I wish that we would have installed an extra ice maker in the freezer compartment. All the other features are great. The black stainless is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG refrigerator about 4 to 6 weeks ago however when it was delivered the doors were damaged. However I did except it with the knowledge that a service man would come out and replace both doors that were bad. LG has been very good in working with us in a timely manner to get this issue resolved. I now have two new doors waiting to be installed this Tuesday so after that I hope all is well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a few weeks ago and I am happy with it. I wanted a bigger section of fridge which I got with this. Quite a few shelves. Water and ice dispenser through the door. You can get even crushed ice etc type without opening your fridge. It alarms you if by mistake you fridge left open. I love this product and recommend it to anyone.

I like the overall design of this refrigerator but I wish I had done more research because the icemaker in the door is extremely small and doesn't produce enough ice if you have company. Also, this brand new refrigerator needed warranty repair within the first month of having it which was disappointing. Overall thankful for it though.

Ice maker easy to remove and dump into bin in freezer. Having dual drawers that can be set for fruit and/or vegetables added bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of a 28 cu ft. LG French door unit we bought 5 years ago. The second compressor died and a warranty repair wasn't possible because the first replacement resulted in some copper lines being too short for another repair. $2500 refrigerator lasted 5 years. The old unit had two icemakers, but the new one just has one. I hope it wasn't a mistake buying another LG. Keeping our fingers crossed.
