[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator, but on the pricey side in my opinion. Fridge drawers are nice with roller slides for easy operation. The 2 freezer sections make it nice versus 1 single freezer compartment - you don't loose stuff at the bottom of the drawer. The icemaker is in the left French door, which allows for a LOT of Fridge space versus other units. However, this icemaker has a relatively small ice storage compartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge. Plenty of storage space in the refrigerator as well as the freezer compartments. Be aware you must open both fridge doors past 90 degrees to pull out the "Deli" slider. Since our fridge is located near a side wall we've had pull it out from the rear wall further then normal. My wife and I love the finish and it's easy to keep clean. The ice maker keeps up with a family of five easily and we can store excess ice in the upper freezer portion as well when we expect company.

I love the refrigerator but the compressor failed in 4 years. If this happens to you, immediate contact LG. Don't contact the warranty company (if you purchased a warranty). LG was very responsive and got it fixed in a timely manner but, the compressor should not have failed in only 4 years.

Large refrigerator section…door with ice - you can use whole door since ice component is hidden within door. Freezer drawers great for separation of food…water/ice dispenser big for pitcher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge barely made it one year and the compressor gave our. Pretty disappointed since we spent a lot of money on it. Thankfully the Tech was very knowledgeable and not in a rush. He took his time to make sure all issues were resolved.

Couple little things though; The light inside sometimes does not come on, but short while later does. Thought it was possibly during often or extended door opening and closing. Had frost build in one of freezer drawers. Noticed that seal was not touching in that area. Fiddled with drawer and have peaked at it often since and seems to be sealing properly now. Early on had a noise like fan or something like that spinning and dinging off something. Could make noise worse or disappear by pulling or pushing on upper front of fridge. Have not heard it in week or two now. Leveled fridge during the time this noise was coming and going.

Pro's: Touch panel super user friendly, large interior, nice interior lighting, makes ice quick, eazy to keep clean, the wi fy works great. Con's: The door shelves could be bigger, the exterior touch panel should have a back light/ie switching from ice to water at night is a small guessing game at night, the sealing trim between the 2 doors doesn't always close you have to manually close it to ensure the fridge is sealed, eazy enough to do but just remembering can be a small hassle. Overall we love it!!#

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fine but need another shelf to push back as only one does in order to fit more taller food or beverage items; Side shelves should be taller as well as items fall when opening doors. Hard to see some of the features - need more backlighting. It appears to have less storage than anticipated but can push items further back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to get more space - and this fit the bill! It takes up less space than our older fridge, but the layout inside is much larger and meets our families needs. I love the large drawer inside the fridge so you can see things better.

This refrigerator has broke twice. The condenser was replaced in the past and recently after waiting for service the technician came to replace the condenser again on Jan 19.2023, finding out that something else needs to be replaced. We are schedule for service tomorrow Feb 1, 2023. In other words we has been without refrigerator for over 2 weeks.
