[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this fridge due to the smooth functioning drawers and the versatile layout. We appreciate the large pullout deli drawer. Our only wish would be to have a fold-up top so that you could access it without opening the double doors. All in all, we really love the fridge.

I wanted a French Door refrain/freezer but many of the designs were not practical for us....we have no children, no need for getting drinks or snacks without opening refrigerator. I like the 2 door freezer as I keep things that we use more often in the top/smaller one. Also like the additional ice bin to be able to store ice there when I might need extra on hand when entertaining, etc. Definitely like the black stainless which does not fingerprint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this LG french door refrigerator. It is spacious and has compartments for everything. The two doors open revealing a huge amount of space and compartments. It has a full top shelf on the top level, and a split shelf on the second level. There are two separate side by side drawers for fruits and or vegetables with individual settings. There is a long drawer beneath the double drawers that can store cold cuts, platters etc that is only the top part. There are two freezer drawers with ample storage for all the goodies. It has a built in ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall nice refrig but delivered with water filter housing that would not stay closed, had to be replaced - big hassle to get that done by delivery company. Then noticed that freezer drawers tend to slide closed because our floor slants backward and refrig does not adjust enough to level. The drawer slides should have a detent that holds them fully open until "nudged" to close and then should have a slight retraction action. Annoying that they don't have this simple feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been living with the fridge for about 2 months. It looks great and works well overall. For the price, I still think it was a great deal, but here are things I would have the product development people at LG think about: 1) The full width drawer is super annoying. To have to open both doors to get out a slice of cheese or whatever makes no sense. 2) There is no enclosed butter section on the doors, and the top door shelf is annoyingly high for the shorter members in my family due to the deep lip. 3) The water that comes out of the front door dispenser is really warm, you absolutely have to add ice. 4) The sides of the fridge are bowed out in the middle, so if you have a tight cabinet space you might be in trouble. There is a good 1/2" difference in width between the top or bottom and the middle, specifically worse toward the back of the fridge. I almost couldn't get in in. 5) Ice machine capacity is limited and if you are constantly filling water jugs like our active family you will quickly run out. 6) Height adjustment of all shelves, interior and door, are way too limited, and a milk jug fits fine but a standard bottle of wine with a stopper does not. 7) Also, if you care about the wifi connection, it's only 2.4GHz, annoying with my modern mesh routers.

Large refrigerator section…door with ice - you can use whole door since ice component is hidden within door. Freezer drawers great for separation of food…water/ice dispenser big for pitcher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator because LG was rated high for the features and beautiful looks as well as quality product. Unfortunately the ice maker quit after 6 months of use. Repair man replaced with new ice maker and it didn’t work for 4 days and now it works. Not sure what is going on- but it doesn’t leave me with an easy feeling.

I love this refrigerator. The two freezer drawers are why I purchased this one. Lots of space and the black smudge proof finish are awesome. But I am concerned about the ice maker. It broke after two weeks and I never thought about checking out the type of ice maker it had before I purchased it. The ice maker twists the tray instead of just pushing the ice out. Now I may always have issues with it and it's too late to go backwards.

Bought around Back Friday from Home Depot. We've enjoyed this fridge. The french doors were a first for us and I can't see us going back to a side by side. The water dispenser has great pressure. Cubed and crushed ice is great. LED lights inside are bright too. All in all we are happy with our purchase. Ten times better than our 6yr old Whirlpool fridge. Can't go wrong with LG.

This refrigerator died at five years five months (five months after the expiration of its service plan). This was the second LG refrigerator I bought-the first lasted four years! Silly me for thinking that the second would last longer than the first.
