I’ve come to the conclusion that this refrigerator and most LG products are now complete trash I just can’t believe a few years into owning this refrigerator. The amount of things that have gone wrong with it or broken on it. The waterline constantly has a slow drip from the front of the roof refrigerator, Door seal has gone bad, constant state of inconsistent temperatures throughout the fridge, have already had to replace the compressor on it After a terrible experience with an LG washing machine and now this, I don’t think I’ll ever buy another LG product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new French door, 2 freezer drawers LG refrigerator several weeks ago and I love everything about it. The door bins are perfect for organizing the jars that can clutter a refrigerator. The interior glass shelves provide excellent visual access along with convenient storage. I LOVE having two freezer drawers as they facilitate easy organization of frozen foods and quick retrieval. In short, this is the best, best, best refrigerator EVER and I’d happily give it 6 stars if I could!

Our new fridge was delivered about 2 weeks ago. We love the extra space it is providing us and the convenience provided with 2 freezer drawers. The only issue we have had is that the water dispenser sometimes drips. But is seems to be dripping less often as it gets used.

I like the LGs ice maker more than the S brand. They have a white seal that gets scuffed up and turns black in the store displays. No such seal needed on the LG. Little details like this can be seen throughout. Looked at dishwashers this weekend and found the same things. LG designs things much better.

I like the warning sound that tells you that one of the doors is left open. I also like that it has WiFi connectivity. Mine has 2 freezer draws and I wish they both had a light in them. Current only one has a light. It wasn't a deal breaker but would have been nice.

The best feature is the the ice maker does not take up a whole door or half shelf. A single drawer is usually sufficient for refrigerator. I would have wanted the second drawer to be flex temperature. I am not sure what to do with the lowest drawer as it gets stuck if the doors are not open all the way. Could have added that to the fruit and veggies basket. Although 28 cu. ft. means there is sufficient space for most of the stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this frig delivered this month and it is a high quality product that is almost perfect. There are two improvements that should be made to make this considered a 'perfect' product. The first change would be to improve the water filter. It does not do a great job of filtering out the chlorine taste from the water. The second change would be to place the handles to open the fruits and vegetable crispers on the top of the drawer instead of the bottom of the drawer as this is a very awkward location where the handles currently are located.

From the abundant space, alarm when the door is left open, sliding shelf for use with tall item storage - more handy & advanced features than I can even list. And the app is awesome! Highly recommend!

Are former set of a refrigerator only and freezer only pair of 16 cubic feet stainless steel had been our go to for the last 14 years but we thought we needed new, more efficient technology, and not as much space. We are just learning all the bells and whistles of the new LG and are looking forward to many years of service
