[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a power surge burned our old fridge, we got this one from the blue and yellow store. Quality is a lot better than our old kenmore and even when they were about the same cu-ft, the LG seems to fit a lot more food. My kids love the top freezer drawer since we keep ice cream bars and cones there. The one thing that took some time to get used to is the weight of the left side door. That's where the ice maker and water dispenser are and is quite heavy. You need to hold it otherwise it slams and I'm afraid with time is going to damage it. Overall happy with the fridge. Family of four here with 2 boys that eat like there's no tomorrow. Loving the LG brand. Got a 4K TV and is quite impressive. Slowly going to keep buying their products if they keep up the quality/price range.

The look and capacity on this is great, but the double freezer drawers thawed and then the fridge got dicey. Aww lost a huge shopping trip+. Authorized compressor replacement didn’t solve the problem, and while the compressor was covered, the expensive service was not. Neither was the expensive appliance, which was unsupported beyond the mfr’s warranty. I googled a known compressor failure (or line clog) in some LGs only after the fact. Had to buy another new fridge after a short two years. Such a shame. Usually great brand—all of our home appliances are LG! VERY disappointed in this.

I bought this fridge in late 2020, as stated in the title of this review, I have already had the ice maker stop working and now it has a coolant leak error. This started to happen in early '22. with the CL error in May. Needless to say there is no one to fix our problem until June 17th. A month and a half with no fridge is really hard on a family of six. There is only so long one can live out of a dorm fridge and a cooler.

I like the overall design of this refrigerator but I wish I had done more research because the icemaker in the door is extremely small and doesn't produce enough ice if you have company. Also, this brand new refrigerator needed warranty repair within the first month of having it which was disappointing. Overall thankful for it though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has a vibration that won't go away, it can be loud enough to hear from another room. Had service come out and adjust/align the doors but its still vibrating. Now we are seeing that the freezer is not cold enough - moved the ice cream to the bottom drawer, in back, per the Tech's instructions - still soft, not good!

The ice maker shaves ice even tho it should be cubed making a mess on the floor when dispensing. Ice maker had to be reset twice due to malfunctioning. The water comes out so fast it sprays outside your glass all over the fridge and floor. Moisture and mold inside the water filter cover. The compressor went out ruining the well stocked fridge and both freezer bins.

It serve my purpose and was a excellent choice upgrade from the other french/side-by-side fridge i had to replace. I feel as if i got a good deal on the price and matches perfectly with my other stainless steal appliances.

I bought the refrigerator a month ago so I haven't had a lot of time on it. Overall I am very satisfied. There are two things I have noticed. The first is that all of the ice cubes freeze together. You have to remove the ice container from the door and empty it out. The second item is that you have to press the water and cubed ice several times in order for them to dispense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator , rather expensive , I have trouble getting the WI-Fi to connect. Have only spent 30 minutes trying. Will try once again when I have time. A lot of my problems stem from extremely slow internet service. A problem when living in rural America.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG frig only a couple weeks and it's everything we could want in terms of design and function. Very nice to have an appliance in the kitchen that has eye appeal as well as superior function. Wonder if the fact that we have three LG TVs had anything to do with our decision to continue the brand in our kitchen? Hmmmmmm
