[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator! Easy to see what's inside, lots of space. Ice machine and filter don't take up a lot of space inside. Ice maker works beautifully. You have to dump ice into a larger container (which is provided), in freezer section. Well lighted. Doors don't shut automatically, which is good! Doors must be purposely shut. There's a bell to alert if the door is open. Stainless steel doesn't show all the finger prints. Easy to wipe clean. Freezer has two shallow drawers. Bottom one is largest. Frozen food doesn't get lost or forgotten about because it's easy to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG 4 door French door fridge for about 2 weeks. I love everything about it. The ice takes up hardly any room in the door but always seems to be full. The ability to open both doors allows me to see everything inside. The 2 freezer drawers keep everything organized. I can't see a need for wifi on my fridge though.

This replaced an LG refrigerator that was damaged during a storm. I basically bought the same unit but with two freezer drawers instead of one. Having trouble with this unit with the freezer drawers icing excessively along the tracks, as well as condensation in the ice maker. Hopefully the issues get resolved soon so I can love this one as much as it’s predecessor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had ours for a little over a year, and love everything about it, except for the following: One clear plastic door shelf just above the ice maker in the left door has cracked twice. Never over-filled or over-loaded the door mounted shelves, yet this one seems to be just a weak link. Also, the ice maker/water dispenser in the door stopped working with a error code "1F E", which has something to do with ice build up in the ice maker. Did a power cycle of the refrigerator, and it cleared the error code and the ice maker/water dispenser began working again. Finally, the "Glide N Serve" drawer requires both doors to be open in order to slide the drawer out. It would have been better to split the Glide N Serve drawer into two separate drawers, similarly to the fruit and vegetable drawers, which either drawer can be opened when that sides' door is opened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it in October and received it in January. It took a long time because of Covid-19, but it was worth the wait. It has such great features, such as the slim design ice dispenser. It doesn't have the big ice container that takes up one whole shelf. And it has plenty of storage room on the side doors, which is a big plus.

I bought a LG French door refrigerator 18 months ago. On April 2 I noticed it was not making ice nor cooling properly. I have dealt with LG and 2 of the appliance repair companies and still it is not making ice or cooling properly. Appointments have been made and cancelled twice. It is disappointing, to say the least, and it will be my last LG appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my fridge 1 and a half years ago and it already needs repairs. The freezer fan went out leaving it not keeping things cool. At the time of purchase I bought 3 other LG appliances. So far we needed our oven and fridge fixed. I would think twice about purchasing an LG appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper fridge area is large, however the lower freezer drawers tend to get filled quickly. If you’re like me and have a stand alone freezer, you will not like the small freezer drawers. They have open skate on the side, so cold air just flows right out, unlike a stand alone freezer that can be left open since the cold air is trapped in it. The freezer also frosts up fast! I’ve had a problem with the seal and it keeps frosting up as if it were left ajar. So, would I recommend it, no. Maybe there is a better one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an updated model of the refrigerator that it replaced and I love it just as much, if not more! I didn't start out looking for the same refrigerator, but after checking the features, price, reviews, etc., it was a no brainer choice. Still has the great french doors with no divider that can handle the biggest pizza and the two freezer draws that mean no more frost-bitten hands digging to the bottom. The bottom of the drawer is almost on the top! The water & ice dispenser in the door is an improvement over my previous one; more intuitive. The only change I would like to see is a bigger ice bin. Iced tea season is almost here and that means lot's of iced drinks.
