I tried calling for help and is all I got was a chat which is a joke. I still have the same problem that I called about . I would like a solution for the problem .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago. So far we as a family are loving it. Nice simple fit and finish, looks good. Simple water/ice controls. Ice makers makes plenty of perfect sized ice cubes. Dual freezer doors make finding and putting away things very quick and easy. And it’s soooo quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after my Amana of 18 years finally gave out. This LG has just enough bells and whistles. I love that it "dings" to let us know one of the doors is open, the 2 types of ice are a luxury I adore, and it has kept all contents precisely at temperature. The double door gives us more space in the kitchen and basic organization through out the unit makes everything easy to see and access. I am very happy.

Had to replace refrigerator damaged in storm. This has lots of space and double freezer door. Double freezer is great. Downside is door shelves do not have a covered shelf ,Ike my old refrigerator. Also shelves are limited as to adjustments. We had to take one out completely to fit large bottles . Also doesn’t have calendar in the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been a nightmare. It has broken down 3 times and it's not even 3 years old yet. Each time it breaks down you must wait approximately 2 weeks before it's repaired. It has stopped cooling twice, and was shooting water non-stop across our kitchen the third time. Very poor quality.

I wanted a French Door refrain/freezer but many of the designs were not practical for us....we have no children, no need for getting drinks or snacks without opening refrigerator. I like the 2 door freezer as I keep things that we use more often in the top/smaller one. Also like the additional ice bin to be able to store ice there when I might need extra on hand when entertaining, etc. Definitely like the black stainless which does not fingerprint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a GE side by side and My wife and I are so happy we did. It is nice to be able to store things in the freezer and not have them get buried where they are forgotten. The slim ice maker located in the door takes so little room that it doesn't take anything away from the storage in the refrigerated area and the drawers for fruit and vegies located above the deli drawer make organization a breeze. This fridge is so well designed and roomy and when it is running it is so quiet you don't hear it. It is a great value and we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. We were debating between this LG and the similar model from Samsung. We decided to go with LG because we feel is more reliable than Samsung since they have been in this market for so many years, also the build quality seems to be way better in all aspects. I'm very happy with the huge capacity, there is plenty of room for everything you may need. The only thing I will like better is the ice maker capacity to be bigger. We are a family of 5 and the ice maker can't keep it up with the demand so i have been getting ice bags from my grocery store more often than before with My old fridge.
