[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 8 months back, it seems like, needs few improvements, in the ice maker ice cubes get stuck on the sides and it senses that ice is still enough in the bucket, so no new ice is being made and only solution is to take out the bucket and shuffle it. Secondly there’s no illumination for the bottom freezer compartment. When it is dark and open the top freezer there is light but not for the bottom one. Third the temperature adjustment shown on the door does not go down inside. It is about 7 degrees difference for example if you set the temperature at 33 degrees, after overnight cooling it shows 40 degrees with digital thermometer. Fourth there is no volume control for alarm for door left open. It is so low volume that I can not hear the alarm even if I am in front of the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator with more space and this was it. It fits well in our kitchen and the in door ice maker does not take up too much space. Have the two drawer freezer also helps by allowing us to have the more common items saved on the top. The wifi is kind of neat, but really only useful for knowing when the kid is standing there with the door open.

The service providers were great and each gave us valuable insight into the fridge like which door to close first (the left) to keep the gasket intact.

The best feature is the the ice maker does not take up a whole door or half shelf. A single drawer is usually sufficient for refrigerator. I would have wanted the second drawer to be flex temperature. I am not sure what to do with the lowest drawer as it gets stuck if the doors are not open all the way. Could have added that to the fruit and veggies basket. Although 28 cu. ft. means there is sufficient space for most of the stuff

Love the double freezer drawers, it makes finding what you’re looking for so much easier! The fridge door shelves are wider than the old one and make it feel like there is so much more space! And the best feature of the LG is the ice maker that doesn’t take up half the fridge space! And it makes the perfect size and shape ice! LOVE this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the configuration of the fridge and the freezers. The fridge is very easy to use. However, their placement of the internal air vents is a major problem. They didn't put the internal vents on the side of the fridge, they put them on the bottom... where any drips of spills in the fridge will leak into... then gum up the vent, and prevent the air from flowing... which then freezes the motor... and then the motor turns off... and then my entire fridge full of food melted and destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of food. The design of the vents is a major issue and it I had to do it over again, I would have purchased a different fridge.

My LG French door refrigerator is sooo spacious with the most convenient see through drawers and shelves that can be adjusted to suit your lifestyle preferences. The 2 pull out freezer drawers make storing and finding frozen items so convenient. The water & ice dispenser on the exterior is also a welcome convenience not offered in previous appliances (that’s how long it’s been since I purchased a brand new refrigerator!) The ice maker is a part of the door so it does not take any shelf space from food storage. It has both water and air filter. No need for baking soda boxes. We love the water and ice dispenser. This refrigerator is quiet.
