[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our refrigerator for almost three years. About month ago we started having problems with the ice maker. We found out the refrigerant was low. When we contacted LG they were very friendly and helpful. They scheduled a service call and they came out and replaced the compressor free of charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied and happy with our new French doors refrigerator from LG. Well laid out to provide both plenty of storage space and easy access to food as well. Separate drawers for fruits, vegetables and items needing colder temperatures is part of it, as is the 2-drawer freezer. When an inconsequential issue arose, service was scheduled and undertaken very quickly and efficiently.

We really like the space in the refrigerator section.It is easy to organize and holds quite a bit. The refrigerator storage drawers are spacious and meets our needs. The two freezer sections make it easy to organize and hence find what you are looking for. The only drawbacks for us are the ice making capability we use a lot of ice, and the chilled water is ok but not great. But at present we are please with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator seems so much bigger on the inside than the space it fills. I thought we were going to need a separate beverage refrigerator but not with an excess of 28 cubic feet of space that this one has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with what it can hold it holds plenty of food and milk( lots of milk 4 boys and myself are all big milk drinkers) 4 gallons on the door and that will only last 2 or three days plus everything else in the fridge( 5 dozen eggs two cases of yogurts ) we eat a lot still plenty of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for a little over a month and it has been a great buy so far. It's got good features and plenty of space. Plus, it's easy to use - no need to read the manual. I love the double freezer doors that pull all the way out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this refrigerator a lot with the icemaker being in the door instead of in the fridge. Then you have more space in the refrigerator. I wish I had gotten the one with the second icemaker in the freezer though because we run out of ice quite frequently. The only bad thing about this refrigerator is about seven months after purchasing it, the icemaker stopped working. We are still waiting for parts to come in to have it fixed. I think it’s crazy that something like that broke so quickly, but at least it’s still under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third frig in ten years, and this one is a keeper. Arrived before the holidays; interior space was endlessly flexible and ample. Water was clean, clear, and quick. Ice features simple and worked brilliantly. Overall operation is quiet. Bottom freezers are easy to open and can be organized to prioritize the upper drawer for frequent use items. Wow, tall items can stand…and the slide-back shelf was perfect for larger items. And how about the ease of cleaning this exterior? Thanks for such a modern, useful, lovely appliance.

Unfortunately the ice maker quit after 6 months of use. Repair man replaced with new ice maker and it didn’t work for 4 days and now it works. Not sure what is going on- but it doesn’t leave me with an easy feeling.
