[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love the LG refrigerator,4 door, love the over all look. My last LG is still working after 18 years. Its in the garage. The only down fall is there is no light in the bottom freezer. But I guess I'll have to live with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned this refrigerator/freezer for about 6 months and are very pleased with our purchase. It has a ton of room and items are easy to find compared to our old side by side. We like the fact the ice maker doesn't take up alot of room. This was our first LG purchase,since then we also bought an LG microwave. Only drawback so far are the water filters are a bit pricey.

We love the easy access to everything. The ice dispenser had no problem keeping up with 6 adults home for the holidays. I bought little clear containers for the snack drawer - and the little and big kids liked that they could see what was there. It's super roomy and my daughter loved the shelf that could accommodate very tall items. I like that all my little condements on on the doors and not taking refrigerator space. The freezer is a little smaller than my last one which was full of food I forgot I had - so this will give me a better view of what I have so I don't waste food.

My fridge was referred to me by people who have the same model, so I spent the large amount to get it. It didn’t last 2 yrs! The bottom freezer drawer keeps frosting & icing up and it’s difficult to pull open & close the drawer. I will say that LG is trying to repair it! Still! A fridge that cost that much shouldn’t breakdown that quick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator seems great, except for two things so far ... 1. Door does not dispense much cold water. 2. There are only 2 authorized LG repair companies in our area, and we’re advised we might wait 2 weeks if we need service. Fortunately, LG has great reputation for reliability, and we have a second refrigerator.

Was disappointed to find that there was no bottom freezer ice maker. Probably our bad for not researching enough, but at the list price I would’ve thought there was one. For installation, pulls on lower drawers are difficult to install. Hard to get the hex wrench into that small of a hole when you can’t see it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge for several weeks now. There is plenty of room in the refrigerator portion. The freezer, probably because of two drawers, seems to hold a little less than our previous side by side. However, it is much easier to get to what we need with the two drawers. This fridge is much quieter than what we had before. We are so delighted with this purchase and would highly recommend this. We are also much happier than we expected to be with the stainless exterior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love almost everything about the fridge except floral the ice cube maker which wirks ok most of the time but the cubes often miss the glass and cubes or pieces of cubes fall all over the floor. And the ice freezes ito a block frequently in the receptacle requiring removal of the bin to break up the cubes. also be aware that the water filter and air filter require six month changing. The filters are not cheap. But the fridge itself is very nice. We enjoy the two drawer freezer. Also the manual was not available on line. I was able to obtain one from customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The french doors are terribly made. The rest of the fridge is amazing. The lefr door is extra heavy and if ur not holding on to it it slams shut and the flap doesnt deploy right and im sure is going to break. Ive had the fridge a few weeks and it already has issues. The ice cubes are cute but tiny and thankfully they had a spot in the freezer to keep more bc that tiny resivior holds close to nothing. A lot of money for a sub par product. Sad because the company name used to mean something. Sad thats now gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how roomy this fridge is. The spacing of shelves and door shelves gives me a lot more storage space than my previous fridge. It’s very deep and actually gaps out of the fridge space in my cabinets, but I decided I can live with that for the extra room.
